Franchise was permanently banned for his account of unbuckling his seatbelt on Magnum. This is a violation of Ohio revised code section 1711.551, and a double violation of our Terms of Use. This is a significant violation of Terms of Use, and will not be tolerated in any form. This offense is also in accumulation to his previous two week ban for flaming.

*Nitro* has been banned for two days for disregarding my changing of his signature and breaking the rule again.

His signature was 20 points, I changed it and linked to the rules, and he changed it back.

The lesson: Don't go against an administrator's actions and break the rules.

Update: His ban has been set to permanent ban, since he evaded it.

*Nitro* came back in as 128KingdaKa458 and tried unsuccessfully to pass himself off as NOT *Nitro*. Therefore with the assistance of Graham, he has been IP banned.

coastermatt has been suspended for 1 month due to harrassment/flaming another member with the private messaging system. He was warned previously to not do and told he would be suspended.

When it comes to harrassing/flaming PMs, we (as administrators, not moderators/editors) do have (and always have had) the ability to read everyone's PMs, and all we need to view them is one single complaint to have justifiable cause. The use of Private Messages and our ability to police them are governed by our Terms of Use.

Kraken has been banned permanently from not following the Terms of Use (namely spamming and flaming). He was warned numerous times before, and was banned for a period before, to no avail.

Montu Man has been banned indefinitely because his e-mail address was not up to date. We tried to contact him, and the e-mail bounced back.

The ThrillNetwork Terms of Use states that "it is required that you maintain a valid e-mail address on record with us at all times."

Once this is corrected, he will be unsuspended.

EDIT: Montu Man contacted me and fixed his e-mail address to a working one, so he was unbanned.

This is a direct violation of the usernames portion of the terms of use, and because of that violation, he was suspended indefinitely.

Magnum Robert was banned for an admin sass, flaming, and racist and hateful comments. The Terms of Use clearly state that by signing up, "you agree and you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws."

Magnum Robert had been warned in the past, yet he kept it up. By coming back today and seemingly doing these violations on purpose, his account has been suspended indefinitely.

Coaster_Taryn has been banned because we concluded that it was slnewbus evading his ban with that username. Because of that, slnewbus' ban was increased by a week. Coaster_Taryn will be unbanned when slnewbus is.

1) Unauthorized advertising

Deja Vu Addict was banned permanently for apparently creating a username just to spam threads with flames. He was also IP banned and reported to his ISP.
