After a certain amount of posts you can change your title rank. I forget what it is because I believe it was changed, but it was 1,000 for me.

I've seen people with like 200 post and they had custom Rank titles.

All you have to do is do a search within the Terms of Use or the General FAQ and you'll get your answers.
