problem logging in

I have the same problem logging in as when I try to use the database. I was only able to log in by trying to email Steven and I got a pop up that allowed me to log in. I don't understand why the other thread was closed when the problems weren't fixed. Any suggestions, and before you say this, yes I did delete my cookies and I tried to log in from the main site page.

^ why on earth would anyone want to have a site that runs correctly and is hassle free? its easier to yell at members and make them go through loops just to log in. fixing things would just cause more work for the site staff. They have more important things to do, like "the random thread"

Maybe that's because the problem is not caused by us, and is likely on your end. I test this site on four browsers (Firefox, IE, Safari, and Opera) regularly. All of the site's sections work fine for me in all of the browsers. But, the fact of the matter is... cookies can get corrupted. Heck, i've even had them go corrupt on Yahoo or Google. In addition, IE's cookie handling sucks. It's also a fact that if you have a 3rd party security program or firewall, those can cause problems with the cookies.

If it is a unique case, we try to solve them on an individual basis (as raser emailed me), and there is no need to start a thread.

Also, we do have real lives outside TN. I don't stay up til midnight or later because I have a real job to go to in the morning, unlike some of you, and I sure as hell don't spend my time chit chatting over people like you, Joseph. Though, it's because of comments like that you make... I may just go do that right now.

Raser, I'm glad it's fixed, and sorry for not replying to your last email, which I just got.

In the meantime, I'm closing this, and if individuals have issues, use the contact form should the FAQ solutions not fix the problems.

Everytime I ride a coaster, it valleys. I've never been on a stalled coaster or had one roll back (except Wicked Twister and what was Superman: Ultimate Escape, which does that by design).
