Probably because most of the people who post here don't understnad the slang talk. There are older people on this site, too. I don't even understand what "lemme" means.

Because you were being an annoying t00l in chat, that's why they banned you. If you want to talk slang, then go somewhere else and leave us all the hell alone. The "other peeps" editing your posts are the moderators and admins of this site, who are simply abiding by the Terms of Service (which you agreed to when you joined this site). If you don't want to follow the ToS and you think TN sucks, then why are you still posting? Just leave and don't come back, there's no need to make a thread about what you hate, just get out.

For the love of God, mods, ban him, I've had enough n00bage in the last month to last for a few years.

Believe it or not, this site actually has intelligent members that like to talk properly. You can talk your way with your friends or on an un-intelligent site, but not here.

People here enjoy what their doing, but they take it very seriously. It may take you less time to write in slang and such, but it takes a lot longer to try and figure what you're saying, just write normally and there won't be any problems.

Can you pretend to be T.O.? I will be the usual Philadelphia EAGLES fan that I am and say: "If you can't get along with the team; Get out of here!!!"

As a new guy I'm glad you had your "trial" membership. Come back in a few years; maybe you will understand the way by then.

This is a lifelong hobby for many people so we extend to people young and old. We have young maturing enthusiasts going through typical teenage pangs to the mature adult enthusiasts. It's not like I'm going to hit 600 coasters like that. I have 30-40 more years to get that. Out of respect I would like baby boomer to young members to understand me. Thus I speak some typical hopefully above USA Today English.

You know, if it sucks so badly, why do you post here? Just remember, it is your attitude that makes it "suck" so badly for you. You can't follow the rules (posted for everyone to see), you lose the ability to post or participate in other areas of this site. You lost your chat privileges because you flooded it (we log all chat conversations, in case you haven't figured out -- thrillbot does that work).

Also, we have post quality guidelines, known as our etiquette. We have had to make it enforceable because of posters like you, who have no regard for everyone else on this site. Not everyone can understand Internet shorthand or slang.

Nine times out of ten though, it's not the moderators who come across your posts and edit them... it's because other members report your posts, then Moderators have to edit them. Example (thanks PCW)...

Lastly, this is very much in the wrong forum, and I'm closing this. Goodbye B_and_M_boy, and have a nice life. If you think about spamming or flaming others on this site, through posts or private messaging (admins can get into those if we have to as well), I'm contacting your ISP's abuse dept.
