Contact Form

I´ve a question for the staff. I´ve send some mails to the staff but I think there did go something wrong ´cause I did not get any response. So at the staff, did you receive something or is there something goiing wrong when I fill in the contact form ?

If it is, do you also havea e-mail adres instead of a contact form ?

We do not publish any email addresses for spam reasons, plus our spam filters are set to usually get the ones sent from the form.

If you weren't signed in at the time (when you're logged in, it gives your username), and you did not give us anything identifiable, we tend not to respond because it is like telling us that you have a problem with your account or a problem with getting something from us, but not even identifying yourself (which can open yourself to being one of the over 11,000 members on this site). We really don't have the time to track down who you are, and so it's important to identify yourself.

I would suggest resending it.

I was logged in, so that isn´t the problem. Thats why I think its strange. If the mail isn´t intresting do you get any response or nothing at all ? [ Something I would understand because you get many mail from the contact form ]

Also, and keep this in mind... email may not get through at all (it gets lost). Again, I'd suggest resending it.
