Hey all you Atlantians out there:

On March 23rd, 2002, I will be taking a quest of great importance. It will be dubbed Slipknots Superman Quest or The S&S Quest. All who wish to join me in this glorious feat may do so. We will meet at the season pass window at 9:00 a.m. I am 6'3" and have blue hair (it could change before then though) so you can't miss me. Just approach me and say your from the boards. We I will definitely be wearing a slipknot shirt as to recognize me easier. All are invited to behold this glorious task, but be warned, for we will wait no longer than 10:00 am, as me march triumphantly past all the other rides and straight to Superman! Now, are you with me? Are you with me? If you are with me, let me hear you say...

Nah, probably to the Scorcher, since the back part of the park opens an hour after the rest of it.

March 23rd is the opening day of the park. If Superman isn't open, we will ride Deja Vu. If it isn'topen, we'll just wait for it to open. The main poin of this is to get a large group of members together. It'd be great to havethat story fr the boards! Come on!

Ha ha about waitng for Deja Vu... it sould suck if you got down there and it was screwed up again (which there is a good chance of). ;)

I would join in, but I will be working there on opening day more than likely.

I highly doubt the ride would be open the first day of park operation....but it's still a cool idea anyway to get people together. I'd go....if I lived anywhere near my former home park.

I think we should all have "Hello, My Name Is _____" name tags. In the blank, we would put our user name on the forums. I would put DDFire19, slip would put slipknot8527 on his, etc....I think it would be easier to do that than to remember a bunch of names.

I will have my name tag...a slipknot t shirt. You cant miss me. I will be at the season pass window at 9:00 a.m...Im freakin tall 6'3" and 1/2, and I'll have blue hair....of course, its fading now, so it might be different...probaly black!

Add astrosgp to the list--I'll be there too. I left my S:ROS shirt at my aunt's house in Canada, so I don't have any coaster shirts to wear. Just look for my 17-year old Camry in the lot :).

BTW...what day did you guys ride DejaVu? I went there 9-1-01...it's official opening (there was a soft opening a week earlier), so maybe I saw you guys also.

I would probably go, except for the fact that I live in PA. And the fact that my parents *sigh* probably wouldn't like the idea of me meeting someone I met online. So, I won't be going but it would be cool to do. :(

i am going the 23rd, but i am going with my 2 friends sowe are just gonna go and ride superman and then do whatever, so i dont know, i will be there, just probably not at 9:00.....i hate those name tags :D

I think it will explain itself well enough without name tags. If I see a teenager hanging around the season pass window looking like hes looking for someone, I'll just ask if hes from coaster forums. I mean, I'll be wearing a slipknot t-shirt so it would be easier to just approach me. But now we've got about 7 people. It would make for an awesome trip report if we pulled this off!
