La Ronde's Le Vampire Theming

This is the day before the big La Ronde announcement but how is Le Vampire themed? Is its stairs covered in metal like all the other BTR's and does it have a "sewer fan" down on the ground level like @ SFGADV before going up the stairs? I was just wondering how the ride has to be touched up to be turned into BTR, if, well most likely when it becomes a Six Flags Montreal or La Ronde

its not really themed at all. theres the curvy walkway entrance that makes it very batman esque, but from there it just goes into the enverending swithcbacks maybe 100 feet of them, then just the stairs ot the station. like a normal coaster. noting really special, but the first few feew of walkway si very twisty and the sign for it looks almost gotham city type.

It's a mirror clone of BTR.

Looks like it was just an announcement of new Zamperla flat rides, good for them. No name change yet. The station and walkways are closed in?

Six Flags would never in their right mind rename/theme Le Vampire. Two very good reasons.

1. All parks with the name 'Six Flags' slapped to it have at least one ride themed to a DC character. No other parks in the chain have rides named after a DC character. If they decide to rename/theme Le Vampire, they would have to rename the park to one of three things: Six Flags Canada, Six Flags Québec, or Six Flags La Ronde. If the park is renamed to Six Flags Canada, the Québécois Separatists (those who pushed for a vote on independence from Canada several years ago) would raise a ruckus because they would see it as a threat to their cultural identity as French Canada.

2. Six Flags Québec or Six Flags La Ronde would not work for similar reasons. Canadians are extremely patriotic. They enjoy their independence, and being separate from the United States. A park that originated in Canada using Canadian resources for the World's Fair being hosted in Montréal, Province de Québec, Canada, being rebranded as another park so closely associated with the United States park would just irk them to no end.

Just my metaphorical $.02

Here's my suggestion on a "Vampire" theming:

1. Having board room of Six Flags Inc. full of animatronics along the queue line. Those robots are discussing how much discount they can get for buying a dozen of Giant Boomerangs.

2. The robots also dicuss how much more they can squeeze out of each visitor on ticket price increase.

3. How much less staff they can afford before a ride crashes.

4. Save money on dust bins.

5. Sells lousy food and charge them 8 bucks.

6. Talking about the feasibility of charging visitor twice as much as Disney for parking.

Now that's some scary "bloodsucking" theming!

All I have to say is that they better do something to this park, b/c in a few months, it will be my home park.

Well, I would like you to find me a DC character ride at SFMW. The only SF names you will find in that park is in The Looney Tunes Seaport (All the kiddie rides). We did have the Batman Water Thrill Spectacular in 2000 and 2001, but that was replaced with Ski Xtreme which was what was there before. Medusa could have easily been Batman, V² could have easily been Superman, and Zonga could have been a number of characters, but they are not.

Yeah I know, totally off topic, but I just have to say being branded doesn't mean the end necessarily. Good for all the flat rides, no wif SFMM can take that hint...

it would be so off the wall if SFMW's Medusa was Batman Knight Flight. Thank God it's the name it is.
