| Space Mountain audio
I remember from the early 1980's, that Walt Disney World (Orlando) Space Mountain had these very corny audio recordings that would play in a tape loop in the indoor queue line. I think that there were 3 distinct recordings, and I remember 2 of them as if they were in my head just yesterday. (1) "Space technicians zoom in to make needed repairs." (male voice) (2) "Many spirali galaxies exist beyond the planet Mars." (female voice) Do you or any of your site's contributors/visitors have ANY IDEA of what the third recording was? Does anybody know what I'm talking about? I don't think these recordings are used any more, and I was astounded to find that Google did not retrieve any mention of them on the Web. Help! Kindly, Gregory Kohs thekohser@aol.com |

LOL! I actually know what you're talking about. I went to Disney World back in 1989 and 1990, and remember there were recordings played while in line for "Space Mountain". However, I don't remember them word-for-word. ...Or maybe I'm thinking of "Disaster Transport" at Cedar Point. Could be both places. Hmm... How's that for brain power? :D
