I was just wondering what everyone's favorite roller coaster is at Cedar Point. And why is it your favorite?

My favorite as a few people here already know is Magnum. It's my favorite because when I was on the Dragster crew we came over and trained on it and I met one of the greatest girls in the world. She was the team leader there for a while. I got to ride 4 times during training week with the entire train to myself, which is an incredible feeling to be riding alone on a roller coaster. I kept riding and riding. I rode with a really great guy named Rob. He's a crazy SOB from time to time but a great guy none the less. I tried to ride with Rob as much as possible but my schedule didn't allow me to be over there all day riding mangum with him. I did manage to get in 405 rides this season. the first two months of operation this year was when I got most of them. Anyways, can't wait to hear all the reasons everyone loves (or hates) the rides here.

It's your favorite coaster for those reasons? Whatever happened to speed, airtime, inversions, themeing, etc?

At the beginning of the season that's why I loved it, because I'd get to talk to her ever time I was over there. Then I eventually fell in love with the roller coaster because it's a great roller coaster. I love the first drop, coming around the turn in soak city heading back towards the park. The airtime right coming out of the second tunnel, when I always pray that the trim isn't on. When it isn't on, like on employee ride night, it was faster whipping around the pretzel. It's just a great ride. I mean I love the other rides there like dragster and millie but maggie is my favorite. When she gets her paint job before next season she'll finally look red again! :) And besides there's no inversions on maggie, and there's certainly not much themeing. CP sucks at even attempting themeing.

Yawn. I'm tired...and it's only 1:00 pm. I think it's this thread that's putting me to sleep. I forgive you though because your new, and I'm sort of new.

MF is the best coaster at CP. Followed by Raptor. Haven't been on TTD.
