Incredible Hulk Launch

Does anybody know who made the Launch track and system for the Hulk as I read that B&M refused to make the launch itself.

I have a video somewhere of testing to get the speed right for the launch where there were some guys on a cart which was winched up a tunnel at various inclines at various speeds so they could get it right but it doesn't say what the company is.

Thanks - had a search on the forum but couldn't find anything - would have never guessed Intamin.

Does anybody have a picture of the launch tunnel I could use on my website?

I'm pretty sure Intamin wasn't behind the installation and design of Hulk's tire-spin launch. It was some non-amusement ride manufacturer company that did it. I don't remember the name.

I thought the launch was done in house, by universal themselves. Not sure though

I think if Intamin did it they would have used something more intelligent than the tire system.

And by intelligent, did you mean also poor reliability? Like all their other LIM/LSM/Hydraulic launched coasters? ;)

I thought it was done in-house, but I'm not positive.

I thought Giovonola did the launch, but maybe I'm wrong. I'm pretty sure it wasn't Intamin. On a side note, I was on Hulk front row yesterday. I'm so special.

Thanks - I am planning on writting an article about the Hulk with it being unique, I found that document last night and will be a great help.
Do you mind if I use those 2 pictures in the article, and if so is there any link you want adding as a way of thanks?

if you're writing an MLA or APA style paper for school there's certain ways you have to cite the pictures you use.

You can still cite your sources on your website.
