I don't know about an awesome name. For a Divas perspective "The Big O" would work for us!

Some names are just Stupid. Deja Vu should have been named "Big ass lawn ornament" Vekoma should have named their coasters "Kill me now" B&M flyers should be named "one element that's good" Just my opinion. I don't think I have a favorite name.

And Worm, Hellavator is an Intamin drop tower, not S&S.

Katie

Really? Everytime I read that coaster's name or hear it, I think of a balding man. Not some huge intimidating coaster.

BEAST, Vortex, SooperDooperLooper, Deja Vu. Deva Vu is great but I still can't get over its capacity and operation. Name fits the ride's design. SooperDooperLooper is such a corny name; Hershey has stood by it. Now since they've done that and the atmosphere of Hersheypark, they can get away with any name it seems.

Raptor and Mantis are both very intriquing names to me. (Man, do I sound like a total CP fanboy)

They are just short and sweet, and seem to fit both rides very well.

Titan and Iron Wolf are perhaps the two coolest names for a coaster. Other great names are Vertical Velocity, Shockwave, Mind Bender, Supernova, Ghostrider, and Steel Force.

The color scheme probably would have been better looking if they had gone with banshee.

I didn't even think of Nemesis. Thats an awesome name.

I've always thought Steel Venom was a really cool name.
However the coolest name is definately...
...Beaver Land Mine Ride. :D

On Mantis/Banshee:
"Bible thumpers" didn't ruin it. The park felt that the name was too intimidating.
Also, did you know that the logo they were going to use when it was Banshee is now the logo for Steel Force?

I like Talon and Alpengist, along with Pyrenees.

Although Six Flags thinks the best name is Goliath.

and that's a name that fits the ride well - GOLIATH.

Mantis is perfect, given the long legs of the lift hill.

They still don't have to name 4 coasters in 5 years Goliath, even if it does fit the coaster good.

We need to "raise a little stink" and get a Hundeprut 2! You could really get gross and make it a water coaster, a la MasterBlaster, and ride in a poop-shaped raft, maybe the water tinted yellow, etc........

Yeah, I like Deja Vu. Sotrm Runner fits the coaster quite well. It is just representing pure extreme thrill, unlike anything ever devised before.
