Favorite Schwarzkopf?

Hi guys! I am wondering what is your favorite Schwarzkopf coaster?

Mine is the Mindbender at Galaxy Land

He makes 20 miles an hour feel like 65!!! There are hundreds of support tubes (Some which I am sure were added for just thrill) and nearly all big drops have a EXTREMELY low clearance ehad chopper on the path that goes through the third loop. The helix at the end that goes around an octagonal shape with mirrors for walls is intense, the mirrors are odd... When you travel around you can see yourself and its getting closer and closer, then it vanishes when its no more then 2 feet from your head and you have another mirror moment, at least 12 of them!!! So other then the extreme speed, the hardcore twisting 127' drop that feels like an inversion because it twists and keeps moving in the same direction till you move forward, AIRTIME HEAVEN.
Plus when it is 145' up you can see some of the ride below that strechest up to the tall ceiling, it is an EXTREMELY compact coaster.
Since Canada is underpopulated and there isnt to many people at Galaxy Land all the time, nearly everyride is a walkon (but there is always a line up of atleast 6 people, but the train seats 12 so your guaranteed a ride. After going 60 mph with no more then 3 feet of clearence from head to metal, you have to do it again. Because it is entirely indoors you can ride it anyday despite the weather, so winter or not you can be pulling 5.2 g's and 60 mph any day, any time.

One vote for Mindbender at GL

Edit: Check out this picture, it shows how on nearly every drop in the first 80 percent of the ride feels like an inversion, same with going up to.

Too bad it had that little accident and doesn't run like it used to. The only Schwarzkopf I've been on is Whizzer, but Jetline, BMRX, Olympia Looping, Mindbender, and Lisgergbanan looks very very cool.

My favourite Schwarzkopf has got to be Lisebergbanen at Liseberg in Sweden.
Built on a hill, the non looping coaster ascends the 148 foot lift hill, then, using the terrain as a guide, it curves down into the first drop down the side of the hill (providing some nice airtime) before swooping up round the other side and swooping back down and around again. It then encircles the drop tower before going into the final drop and helix. A true joy to ride, and way up my top 10 coaster list.

Scorpion at BGT. I love the SilverArrow Model. I believe it is the only one of it's kind left in exsistence.

Katie, who says Schwarzkopf's RULE!

Fav Schwarzkopf

My favorite is Zonga at Six Flags Marine World. I rode it when it was Texas Tornado at Astroworld in Houston. It was a really neat looking coaster and fun to ride. Mindbender looks really fun too.

Mind Bender at Six Flags Over Georgia. The third loop, the airtime, the trains, the setting, the drops, the intensity - overall its just an awesome ride, and my favorite looper.

I've been on about eight Schwarzkopfs and most of them were all fun, smooth and intense rides. Really, only SDL sucked. I missed out on Taz's Texas Tornado when it was at Astroworld, which is a shame because I hear it sucks now :( Mindbender looked fun, but I am weary of the weird restraints.

I'm looking forward to riding Magnum Force and Lisebergbahn next year, both look awesome.

I havn't been on very many, but off the top of my head I would have to say Bullet at Flamingo Land http://www.rcdb.com/ig818.htm?picture=23

They also had an out door version of Mindbender - that indoor version must be really loud, it isn't exactly the quietest coaster ever made, and really rattles your eye balls in their sockets!

While Revolution at MM was a good coaster, you just can't beat seatbelt only restraints!

Whizzer all the way!

I'veonly been on Scorpion, so that gets my vote. I really want to get on both Mindbenders though.

Scorpion at BGT for the intense loop and the tri-helix ending.

The Wildcat!

Umm I have been on a Double Looping (with additional trackway curve),Jet Star, Looping Star, Shuttle Loop,Speed Racer, and Wildcat... And then Mindbender and SDL

I really like the jetstar if its running fast... But MB kicks ass.

The only two that I've been on are Superdooperlooper at Hershey and Dopple Looping at the CNE.
As for my favourite I'd say Superdooperlooper

Well, I haven't been on too many Schwarz's. I've ridden Whizzer and the Puyallup Wildcat. I like the Wildcat the best. Too bad about the Jet Stars though. They are slowly being wiped off the US map.

There is a Jet Star 1 at ThrillVille in OR that had previously operated at Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, a Jet Star 2 at Lagoon that came straight from Germany for the 1974 world's fair in Spokane, WA, and there was a Jet Star 1 at Seaside Heights. There was also a Jet Star 2 at Playland in Vancouver, BC, called the Big Gulp. I'm not sure where that one went or if it was dismantled. These portable Schwarkopf's get transported around so much very similar to the mouse coasters that it's hard to keep track of them.

Absolutely no arguement from me! :)

It is by far my favorite of the Schwarzkopf's I've ridden. Besides agreeing with you all the way, I'd also like to add that the ride being surrounded by trees definitely adds to the ride! You really can't see the entire ride from anywhere, so the ride and the elements are well hidden and makes for an great ride.

Shockwave, from Six Flags Over Texas, and Mind Bender, from Six Flags Over Georgia, are tied for me. They are both great rides with great airtime, especially in the back seat.

Mindbender at SFOG is really cool, but it only has 2 loops, the third almost loop element is just a heavily banked helix, it dosnt actually invert you.

Mindbender at SFoG gets my vote, too. For the already posted reasons.

Although it's still really cool now, with its "interaction" with Gotham city (toward the end), it really was awesome in its pre-Batman days. The entire thing in rather thick woods.

No other ride I've ridden delivers more positive Gs. The "third loop is a little marketing "strech-of-the-truth," but it's by far my favorite element anywhere on any coaster.

My favorite would be Mindbender at SFOG.

Although I still roll my eyes when I think that SFOG used to claim it was the first coaster with "3 Loops !!1!!11!!!" in it.

I don't know what they were smoking, it only has two loops.

I also stil miss White Lighnin that left Carowinds years ago for South Africa.

Only been on DP's Laser, Sooperdooperlooper, and CP's Wildcat. I'm voting for Laser. It really proves that a short ride is not always a boring one. It is probably one of the most frceful coasters Iever went on, right up there with Talon and SFDL's S:ROS, maybe even surpassing them. It is just so forceful! Schwarzkopf is probably one of the most ingenious designers of all time, IMO.

I think my favorite as far as a ride goes would be Mindbender at SFOG. As stated before, you can't beat lapbars only. Plus, having a second loop that far into the ride was quite an achievement back then.
My favorite for sentimental reasons is Viper at SFAW *RIP*. I rode it when it was at SFStL. It scared me to death. I only rode it once at St. Louis and thought that I could never ride it again. Since then I have rode it many times down in AW on my trips there.
My favorite as far as ingenuity is the drop weight launch coaster. It works on such a simple principle.

Whizzer.
I've only been on three: Sooperdooperlooper, Whizzer, and Wildcat. Whizzer is aclassic that still thrills everyone today.
I don't know what they were smoking, it only has two loops.
Well, it doesn't say vertical loops, it just says loops. Even way back in the old footage of the ride the park doesn't claim to be the world's first triple vertical looper ;)
Mindbender at SFOG is really cool, but it only has 2 loops, the third almost loop element is just a heavily banked helix, it dosnt actually invert you.
Yea but its as intense or possibly even more intense than the vertical loops. It just awesome.

Im glad someone mentioned Laser, it's pretty darn awesome too, even with its hilarious lift.

I love Mindbender at SFoG. It's such an amazing ride. Great lateral, positive and negative G's and those minimal lapbars.
What do you mean by hilarious lift?
The fact that 1.5 minutes of a 1 minute, 50 second ride is spent on a lift.

I've only been on one (Shockwave @ SFoT) and I absolutely love it! It was my first looping coaster. I hope to ride some more Schwartzkopfs in the future.
