/\ No, the corkscrew isn't "the only new thing on Tatsu." The zero-G roll is also new to the Flyer concept. The only major maneuvers that Superman and Tatsu share in common is the inline roll, horshoe curve, and pretzel loop.

Tatsu just looks awesome! I don't think the others can top it.

I voted for Goliath@LaRonde. I think for a little park like that, that airtime machine will just be awesome! My second choice is Tatsu then Goliath@SFOG and then El Toro.

Again, Tatsu will be a great coaster, but Toro and Goliath at SFOG will no doubt in my mind be SF's 2 best coasters of '06 (and Voyage most likely will be the best overall '06 coaster).

You said the only new thing on Tatsu was the corkscrew, and I corrected you. That was all. I wasn't promoting it. My intention was that if you're going to point out something about a ride to make it look not as good as the others in the poll, then get the facts right! Simple as that. You nor nobody else knows if the "sensation will most likely be very similar because its a flying coaster" because you have not been on a Flyer that executes a zero-gravity roll or an outside corkscrew, because there are no flyers that do any of those two maneuvers right now - and a corkscrew and a zero gravity roll are not the same thing, nor are they similar in any way. Go look up a picture of an outside corkscrew and a zero gravity roll. |

No, I was saying the barrel roll and zero g roll would have similar sensations, not the corkscrew and zero g. Again, Tatsu will be a great ride, but to me, other than the corkscrew, it looks like a huge S:UF. I don't know how much better the actual ride will be than S:UF, as it could be like how Pyrnees is to B:TR, or it could just be a little bit better. That is not the point, the point is to ME it looks like a huge S:UF. IMO, the placement of the ride is incredible, and will ultimately make the ride, but I am sure the only new SF coaster that will be making top 10 polls will be El Toro.
