B&M's Flying Roller Coaster

I finally figured out why everybody was saying that a B&M flying roller coaster was a possibilty for a park next year. I didn't think it was going to happen, but then I went to the 2002 report on Roller Coaster Database (www.rcdb.com) and saw Air for Alton Towers. I thought, what is Air? I clicked on the link and saw it was a B&M flying roller coaster! Cool! So since B&M is building a flying coaster next year, what do you think will be different from Vekoma's Flying Dutchman?

I think it will be of similar size and length, but it should more comfortable i'd imagine, and more inventive. And definitely more expensive.

it will be better all round, but not higher, theres a poxy tree height limit at alton towers. No one knows length/speed/etc but we know theres 2/3 tunnels involving use of water

supposedly, you will get on the ride kind of like an inverted with the seats below the track. once in the seat, you will be pulled right up to the flying position under the track and will go up the hill facing down. your legs will be a bit more extended also.

Vekoma is basically screwed once again when B&M's flying coaster, AIR, opens. I mean even though their flying Dutchman coaster are super cool, B&M's going is clearly going to beat them with their own flying coaster model. The trains look awesome. I don't think the track's appearance for the coaster will be modified or changed. I predict that B&M's flying coaster will be much smoother (expected) and more freeform than Vekoma's flying Dutchman coasters. I can't wait until AIR opens!

Vekoma will have to come up with something new for B&M to rip off
