Millennium Force is my coaster, what's yours

MF
MF is my personal favorite roller coaster is millennium force. Not only is it 310' tall, it has a very long track (6595'). To me the most intense part is the 45 degree 13mph lift hill, but you can't forget the near miss head choppers that you pass at 75-80 mph, or the 80 degree first drop. It has three 122 degree overbanked turns and a smooth stop on magnetic brakes from 65 to an almost complete stop. If you ride this masterpeice ride in the front. not only is the front of the train at about knee level, there are no sides that make you feel vey volnerable especially going up. But having no sides make lateral g's too painful, so a helix is not possible. I love this coaster because it is a fast, fun and intense coaster that I can't get off without losing my voice. IF you have a chance ride this ride, you won't regret it.

please post your favorite coaster with some GOOD details. I'd like to here about them from your perspective, not just factual information off the internet, or a simple BLANK is the best coaster with no details.

Please put things that you love about your coaster and why it is your pesonal favorite. I respect any coaster, but my favorite type is a hypercoaster 200'+

my favorite coaster site is http://rcdb.com/ Please visit it. It has 1227 different coasters!

My favorite coasters would have to be Nitro and Millenium Force. It has come to realization that I really love both equally (at first, I thought Nitro was better). I love Nitro because of its amazing airtime and design. I too love Millenium Force because of its height, speed, and intensity. Nitro is great because the trains are awesome (there's an extreme sense of freedom in the ride). Millenium Force is wicked because of its intimidating looks. The thrills on both coasters are worth any wait, so you guys better ride 'em.

The Legend at Holiday World is my fav of all time. No other coaster induces fear into me beyond simple height besides this coaster. I swear that this ride is so wild and crazy that I truly wasn't sure if I was even going to make it back to the station without being tossed from the ride. It is so incredibly fast and twisted that with all the tossing around you have no clue how to brace yourself, and if your like me and keep your hands up, you simply hope you survive the TRIP!!! The roofs are so low on the tunnel sections that you swear you will lose your hands, and that quick dip prior to the most evil of helixes I have ever seen gives you so much ejector air that it rams the lap bar so hard into your bladder that you hope its not full (something to think about with all the free drinks at HW)! I love wood coasters and I love steel coasters, but no other coaster I have ever experienced sent such extreme intensity through me. I rode it 20 times in one day, and couldn't get enough. A good coaster in my opinion is that every seat is great...and this coaster is the Mona Lisa of Woodies. Every seat is incredible and the back is pure terror. Just watch out for the brakes prior to the station....one place you have GOT to brace for or your in pain.

Batman & Robin: the chiller because the launch just feels so good, and i think sitting in the train in the station is like, the scariest part of the ride! Then doing the inversions are fun, it's not rough (to me). I like going probably 196 feet high being in the front. i love going backwards. the restraint are so comfortable.

I would say the SFOG Mind Bender. A very unique layout that uses the terrain very well, the best helix in the world IMO, and those great Schwarzkopf loops, drops, and lapbars. What more can I say? (I may also be personally biased here a bit because this was also my first big coaster).

Mine is Millenium Force, but for the sake of variety, I'll do my second fav coaster, Beast. It has been the worlds best woody for an entire 20 years. It is huge for a wooden coaster which usually average 100 feet. It is one of the fastest woodys, and as basically everyone knows the longest. Also, the double helix is intense. Son of Beast maybe a awesome coaster also, but it will never surpass it's father.

MF is my favorite. The only problem is I've never been able to sit in the front. The reason for this is that whenever I've been in line, the rules are in place where you have to sit where the ride operators tell you to. This is to keep the line moving.

Mine is THE beast by far. Nowhere else is there 7,400 feet of track of wood. a close second is Son of beast and the Raven.

I've ridden 100, and Shockwave at Six Flags over Texas is my #1. There's simply no other coaster that has such a classic feel.

You get the amazing G forces in the circular loops, and nearly painful airtime on the ensuing hills.
it has a very long track (6595')
It's long but the ride tims is very short because of the sheer speed. This is the reason why MF is not my #1 because it has a flaw. If it's 30 seconds longer, it would be on top of my chart.

My number 1 coaster is Superman:Ride of Steel (SFNE), the #2 coaster in Golden Ticket Award!

It's more airtime oriented than MF, 5 straight hills to be exact. Also, it has a diabolical finale, with some nice hand-chopping effects. Despite it's shorter than MF, it has longer ride time because it's slightly slower than MF.

Millenium Force for all the reasons listed before. Second is Magnum XL 200 because of the drops, air time, and one heck of a view.

I would have to say GhostRider because there is air time throughout the entire ride. It also maintains a very high speed through the second half.
