I love Viper!

I jsut went to SFGAM for the first time (flew in from Detroit just to hit the park!) and Viper just blew me away! How come I never hear anyone talking about what a great coaster this is??? Did I just happen to hit on in the perfect seat (rode first row of last car both times) on the perfect day or what??? Only Shivering Timbers comes close to this wood coaster (and Viper is close behind!). Has anyone else been on Viper @ SFGAM and am I crazy to totally LOVE this coaster??????

Doesn't look appealing.. but first of all I've gone to SFGA MANY times and I've never seen it! Only online. I didn't even know it existed til last summer

BORT: I loved all of the coasters at SFGAM--what a great park! Raging Bull was awesome and Whizzer was neat (I just adore Scwartzkopfs!) I just can't believe that Viper doesn't rate higher than #35 on the Golden Ticket awards. SFGAM definately knows how to take care of their wood coasters!

I know, I think it deserves higher ranking. I also really like American Eagle! But thats just me, everyone else seems to like Viper more, But I like them both pretty equally!

Id love o go to SFGAM. I could have gone when we stopped in Chicago to change planes when i was going to CP, but we were only stayng 3 days. 1@ SFWOA and 2 @ CP, but i think the park would be great.

I am thinking of hitting the park before school starts up with a couple of friends. Anyway, I haven't heard anything about since the year it opened. SFGAM has a lot of underated coasters, Viper, Iron Wolf, and Raging Bull, probably a couple others also.

Viper is awesome, probably my favorite wood coaster. It just goes to show that not all coasters have to be huge to be a lot of fun.

Viper is a great coaster. Nice and twisty, with lots of airtime.

It is truly a great coaster one that was underated and unknown, yet it will be a great classic in coaster history.
