Cool Good Morning TN and CC Voyage Vids up

www.holidayworld.com/voyage_video.html

Don't miss the offride and reverse POV to get a sence of the actual speed and forces.

Other than Hades, I've never seen a wood coasters smoke the track like that.

Your comments to follow

Chuck, thanking Paula and everyone at HW for making this possible!

I just watched this video on another site and i was blown away. It looks like once very intense & fast ride.

Both are very awesome videos. I love some of the angels on the offride.

Thanks for the link. Yes, it is a good idea to see both types of videos. This track amazes me with its length and how the train could just maintain its speed through it. It's designed to draw it out over the long distance. Answers my question of what if the Beast didn't have the second lift. The offride video shows how the train blazes over the taller hills and through the turns. I'll probably have ridden El Toro hundreds of times before I get back to the Louisville/Indiana/Cincinnati area to feast my eyes on the hallowed park Holiday World. Each baby is going to be potent in its own right.

All I can say after watching them is...

Oh

My

Gosh....

Wow! The speed, the air, the multiple fast changes in direction... If this coaster doesn't look at this point like one of the best coasters on the planet, you're nuts. I soooo wish there was a way to get to it this year to ride...

Saturday cant come any faster. Cant wait for my rides on the Voyage. Glad to see Holiday World share the video and wish more parks would do the same. Looks like a good cross breed of out and back hills with lots of low to the ground terren twister. Hope it rides as good as it looks.

Hey Sir Willow
Ill sell you my seat for the auction, it will cost you though. Just kidding. Heading to the airport now for my trip to Ky. and In. for rides on the Rumbler and Voyage it should be a fun couple days.

Wow, I have never seen a woodie haul like that before! Is it me or is the 2nd half faster than the first half of the ride?

I don't get it, it doesn't seem real. There is no way a coaster can keep it's speed after that long.

I would love to see a computer-generated image of the ride from the side. The second half of the coaster is on much lower terrain, so it's not much higher off the ground, but it's a lot lower than the second half. That's how it keeps up its speed.

Also, I am not doing my internship in Denver. I'm moving to Santa Claus and living under a bridge if I have to.

Wow. Those videos are amazing. You can see the airtime. I love how it is in the middle of the day yet it is very dark through the twister turnaround. Does anyone want to sponsor me so I can get out there? j/k. But that would be nice.

Chip, if you want a roommate under that bridge, I'll be there too. This thing looks insane. And I get to ride it in June! It can't get here soon enough. I'm already blown away by it, and I haven't even ridden it yet.

I really need to get out to Indiana sometime soon.

One word, two syllables; pacing...

44 hours to go until I'm sitting in the back seat of that monster!

The POV was good, but what i liked better was the coaster chicks one. The airtime was clearly visible, lots of negative gs!

Something I've noticed from the videos, the sounds. Will said he loves the sounds of wooden coasters going through tunnels and with these concrete tunnels, I'm sure it reverberates even more so! They sound sweet.

Also, I'm pretty sure I hear upstop wheels on the first couple hills when the wind is less intense. Compare the sound to this video.

Listen to the sounds in the reverse POV. At the top of the first three hills you can actually hear the running wheels spin freely off the track.

OH GOSH!

O my goodness... That is simply put looking like the best coaster on the planet to me right now. That ride has EVERYTHING! Airtime, insane horizontal turns... Gravity group is quickly establishing themselves as one of the top designing firms out there right now,

Holy snap! GG really put it down on the table with this one. It just never stops twisting and turning. With the long track, I thought it was going to lose speed towards the end, but it never stopped. Wow!

the onride doesn't do the ride justice. The airtime and whipping lateral and positive G's are pure insanity. The best part of the ride is the turnaround to the brake run...because it's everywhere!

This ride does look insane! One of those far turns in the woods is even banked the wrong way slightly! I bet that's a cool sensation. The ride's momentum still amazes me. They must have used faster ball bearings in the wheels or something. Imagine how it will be when it finally breaks in! The ride looked a little rough and jostling, but rough in a good way. Now I just hope El Toro is just as good!
