Is SFGAM still using Hanna Barbera rights for this kiddie coaster -Spacely's Sprocket Rockets? The name still exists on rcdb.com. Is there a cutout of George Jetson anywhere in that section of the park?

Yes, it's heavily themed for a kiddie coaster of that size. There are also Flinstones attractions in that area along with a Scooby-Doo attraction.
