That's pretty harsh to gauge a new coaster as worst when you need a season or two to factor in what makes a cycle on a coaster amongst the worst you've ever been on.

Am I seriously going to say Slippery When Wet as a worst coaster? Oops, I've never been on it.

Everytime I ride a coaster, it valleys. I've never been on a stalled coaster or had one roll back (except Wicked Twister and what was Superman: Ultimate Escape, which does that by design).

Sorry about the Important, but could anyone try to answer at least a few of the questions. That is the whole reason I started this post.

There are top tens at the bottom of the winners list. If you want answers, you can consult that thread for people's opinions. There is so much variety doing any kind of top 8 or 10 will be quite time consuming.
