CF Nick to Peanuts Name Changes

Screamscape recently announced some of the new names to Nickelodeon attractions that will now bare a Peanuts theme at the Carowinds park. Are the new names appropriate for the attractions? I expect the names for the other Cedar Fair properties will be revealed shortly as well.

I'm still holding out hope for Scooby Doo interactive ride to be rethemed to Pigpen or the Peppermint Pattie & Marcie Late Night Drunk Experience.

The Woodstock Express being slapped on Fairly Odd Coaster? It kinda works with it being wooden. I'm slightly disappointed with how reserved of a name it is.

I think some of the names for the snoopy rides aren't that wonderful. They used the word "Woodstock" in three rides, "Snoopy's" in two rides and "Flying Ace" in two rides. Reminds me of the use of the word "Carolina", lol. They could've used a little more variation with the names.

I was surprised to see Flying Ace. I think that would be good for the family Vekoma. Woodstock Stock Express as a wooden coaster should get a Woodstock statue in a nest as a theme prop.

Bart said they were going to have a giant blow-up of a Peanuts comic strip at each ride, and the strip would tie into the ride name and such. That's all he said as far as theming.

DId they send spies to SFGADV to see our comics in the Bizarro coaster queue? What a cut throat competition there is. We do remember how Six Flags trademarked the Voodoo name to play that card with Dorney-Cedar Fair.

I'm interested to see if CF will go all out on the name conversion at California Great America considering the possibilities with the proposed 49ers Stadium next door.

I Think the Scooby Doo Dark Rides will become:

The Great Pumpkin Ride

I like the Great Pumpkin idea. but they might just do a ghost hunk since all they need to do is remove the Scooby characters and they are done.

Hey, was all the names announced? One of them says "Name TBA" now. I think they're playing with the names because there's 3 rides that start with "Snoopy" now and there was only 2 before. I wish they would change "Woodstock gilders" to something else. It doesn't really sound that great to me and they need less things starting with "Woodstock"anyway. lol.

The Great Pumpkin is a great name to use. Sally's Shooting Alley could work for the Scooby Doo ride.
