Can't wait, Atlanta always has good races.

I just hope they have the tire issue fixed otherwise this will be another boring race like last year with a caution every 20 laps.

Mark is starting better and performing better with Hendrick until something goes wrong. Then he get's a horrible finish out of it. I hope he wins a race soon. He has basically been the fastest at every track this year.

I'm going to say Gordon wins sunday. Maybe one race i'll be right.

I can't believe Gordon didn't win. He had a dominant car, but I guess Kurt Busch had a better car. I'd rather see Kurt win than Kyle. He got a nice trophy for winning the 100th Cup race at Atlanta.

I saw enough of Gordon finishing in the top 5 last year and so far this year. I want to see the 24 car in victory lane. He gave it his all that last lap but Kurt had a better car. Of course 2nd is always better than outside the top 10 or a DNF.

Bristol is in 2 weeks now and i always look foward to a Bristol race. More so this year since i'll be going and i would love to see Gordon pull in victory lane in person.

Speaking of Bristol, I'm surprised that there are still tickets left.

Tickets are left because alot of people are not working and food is more important than a race....look at the stands in Atlanta today, they were very empty.

I know that, but Bristol has always sold out. I don't think that Bristol has ever had tickets left.

Thats the only way i finally got Bristol tickets. Years before i was put into a lottery for tickets and never won or if i did have the option for tickets they were about $145 each. Now just 2 weeks ago i just went online and purchased two tickets for $80 each.

I had a problem at the online checkout with my card so i called and it was a problem with their site so i purchased them over the phone and when i asked about ticket sales the lady said they have about 9,000 tickets left. Thats crazy for Bristol.

One good thing came from this. People that never had the chance to go to Bristol finally have a chance and i think it will sell out before race day.

They might be that cheap now but 2-3 weeks ago i paid $80 and i think $45 were for the cheap seats. That is if bristol even has cheap seats. Every seat in that place should be awesome.

^There are very few seats at Bristol that aren't awesome. Bristol is one of the best tracks as far as views go. I've been a bunch of times, and I hope to make it to the August race this year.

I almost forgot to mention; Bristol and Martinsville are Gordon's best tracks. I see two in a row for Gordon.

I'd love to see it. Those are his best tracks. In years past when he didn't win he scored in the top 2 or top 5.

Hey I would love to Mark Martin get a win that poor man is always coming in second. The real winner for martinsville will be jimmy jonhson. I am not a big fan but he is better than gorden.

Jack Roush was holding Martin back, which is why he is with Hendrick Motorsports now.

Jack Roush was holding him back? Are you nuts or something? I beleive he finished second with them twice, and could have finished first in points.I respect Mark alot, but to say idiotic things like Roush held him back is nuts, his best years were with the " Cat in the hat". Hendrick will put more into Jimmy winning four straight than Mark winning his first championship.

Saying that Jack Roush was holding Martin back is by NOT an idiotic statement. Its the truth. Jack Roush put more into Edwards than any of his drivers. Martin was at the very bottom. Martin will do much better with Hendricks I promise you that.

I can't recall a single race over the past year where the same folks on here didn't predict Gordon to win. Maybe you guys are jinxing him? haha

I have to agree with Komatz70 Roush never held him back. Also edwards is still pretty new to the sport compared to mark. I think that Roush was falling behind altogether .Thats why he left.
