Phils rejected the offer for Halladay, so he isn't going there.
Deadline for a reasonable (better be amazing) offer is the 28th.

Edit - Jays just rejected the Phils' counter offer and the Angels aren't too thrilled with what the Jays are asking. Looks like we might get to keep Doc a little longer

The Cardinals showed what they had Friday night with their new player; Matt Holliday, beating the Phils. The Phils brought it Saturday and Sunday, pounding the Cardinals and taking the series. If there was ever a time to show muscle and a growl to go get Halladay, the time is now.

Deadline for Halladay is tomorrow night, Phils better make an AMAZING offer for him.

Ryanman, you got your wish. It looks like my first time visit to Cleveland last week, driving past Progressive Field somehow pleased the gods. The Philadelphia Phillies traded to get pitcher Cliff Lee from the Cleveland Indians. Thank you Andrew and company.

I'm exactly one month away from being at FENWAY PARK! Red Sox-Blue Jays. I'll finally see how the true gotta be born into it RSN (Red Sox Nation) works. Hopefully the Sox win it (to disappoint my Yankees fan cousin that will be in attendance with me.)

David Ortiz busted today for Steroids. Not surprising. You can erase those World Series Wins in my opinion seeing as Manny juiced too.

It hasn't been stated what he tested positive for yet...but if we are going by that theory, the one the Yankees won in the 1990's are void to as Clemens was part of the team.
