NHL 2009 Preseason

Tonight I noticed the Flyers beat the Red Wings, 5-2, at the Wachovia Center in a preseason game. I just wish this reoccurs during the regular season.

I realized hockey season is coming up. I already saw Kyle with his San Jose Sharky references. Hockey is coming and during a Winter Olympics year.

I am moving to columbus in nov. So I have something to root for down there even if there not that good. Well actually they have gotten a little better. Hopefully they go for the playoffs again this year.

Leafs have built a strong defensive line over the off season and it will be interesting to see what they do with it. I don't see a playoff year yet, but hopefully next season.

Blue Jackets are always improving. You guys have Rick Nash, a solid coach, and a franchise that made it to the playoffs for the first time last year.

As for the Sharks...still bitter over last season's playoffs, but we did make a move to add Dany Heatley to the lineup.

I got some tickets to see Sharks vs. Flyers and Sharks vs. Capitals this season.

Go Dallas Stars!

Hopefully we might have a chance to win maybe ten games this season?

I bought a Stars hat for $5 at the Dallas airport during my transfer to San Antonio but what I really covet is the "N^" Northstars hat. Now I have a shot. I see there are quite a bit of retro hats out there.
