Jimmie Johnson wins, Martin not far behind holds on to the points lead. Joey Logano flips 7 times. I want to know how you flip at Dover.

It is amazingly easy to flip there. With the huge banking. From the top of the track to the bottom is 3 whole stories. Joey started at the top and simply fell down to the bottom. Although even I must admit that was a LOT of flips for such a "slow" speed crash once he started coming down the banking.

^I'm sure the banking helps. I was just wondering how with the speed they were running. It's like flipping at Bristol. I just had a hard time seeing how he managed to do it.
