I don't know how many people here still know me since I havent posted much in the past year or so but for those old timers and anyone else whos interested, tomorrow morning, I will be going to Israel for 10 months. Its a thing that a lot of Jews do for a year between highschool and college, its kinda like learning abroad but for more Jewish learning topics. I'll be based in Jerusalem so hopefully I'll be safe. My school will have computers with internet but i doubt I will visit here often, let alone do any posting. For those of you who have been following my RCT2 park, IOA Hollywood, the park is going on a 10 month haitus. I think thats about it, I'll see you guys in 10 months.

Have fun, going away to any new country is an amazing experience, whether it's for a holiday or work or education it doesn't matter.....I'm sure you'll have a great time, and you'll be much better person for it. People who don't travel are missing out. I've never studied aborad, but have lived in a another country for months, and travel frequently. Your'll learn more than you ever did in school.

For 10 months aren't you going to take your laptop or something with you to play rct2? Thats the kinda thing i'd take on a 2 week holiday never mind 10 months.........

I'm sure your school has something something like a T1 (most schools do now) so post occasionally. Your one of the few people who has been on this board almost as long as me!

Be safe. I visited Israel for 10 days back in 1998 and really enjoyed it.

But it's probably like back then, if you didn't go to the West Bank or the other bad spots you were ok.
