Calling New England Coaster Fans!

hello all,

i've been a big roller coaster fan since i was a little kid (my ride/park count does NOT reflect that, since i just registered) and for a while in middle school was semi-active in online coaster forums. my obsession died down to a slightly-above-average level for several years, but now that i am in college it has been reignited by a writing project.

i go to university in new haven, connecticut, and am a student journalist in an advanced writing course. for my final assignment i would like to write about coaster enthusiasts. the park that i frequent here is six flags new england, which i think is one of the more charming parks in the six flags chain.

if you live (relatively) close to SFNE and are familiar with its roller coasters, i would like to know about your experience. it's easy enough for me to write about SFNE, since i love it, but i also want to write about people.

so... what's your favorite ride? when did you first ride it? how did you become a coaster enthusiast? what are your fondest memories of SFNE?

thank you all in advance

Uh..ok..
I go to SFNE 10-11 times a year.... I have had a seasonpass from 2000-2006. Fav ride in the park would be SROS I guess.. Then TimeWarp. I first rode SROS in 2000... And Time Warp back in the Riverside Days (1998).

I was in talks with the PR people at SFNE to set up an interview with someone at the park but they couldn't help me out, and the park is closing this weekend, so I had to scrap the idea for writing about it for my essay.

Oh, well, maybe next season, for another class... but thanks for taking the time to reply! It was a kind of random request, I know...
