Pacific Pyramids

Yes this is the Pacific Pyramids park from the orignal game. Believe it or not I have only used a trainer on this park once, to get all the rides. Not to add money or to change the date.

Regardless if you believe me or not, here it is. I have been working on this park for so long. It has become special to me. It has now reached its 200 year anniversary. 1000's of rides and coasters have come and gone, and while this does not represent the best, it is what the park currently is like.

So, believe it or not I have been playing long enough to reach 200 years and over $8 million.

There are 3 truly themed lands: Forgotten Temple, Freedom Force, and Battle.net. There is also a slightly themed jungle and coca-cola land. The rest is just a miss match of coasters and rides.

Take notice of the age of some of the rides, includeing the Train, Corkscrew: EX and Coca-Cola: American Pride (formally C-C: RUSH).

Enjoy.

As far as believing you really have had it going for 200 years...right. There's no way I'll believe that , especially seeing as how you beat the scenario with a company value of 32,000 or so. As far as the park goes, this is definitely below average(no offense intended.) The themed areas were very small and minimal. There was tons of empty space. The coasters weren't too bad, but they were unrealistic and way too crowded.

coasters:4/10
theming:2/10
overall:3/10

That was a pretty cool park I'll give it a 7/10. I like how there were a lot of coasters but they didn't realy crowd each other.
How did you get it to year 200?

As much as you doubt, I did really work on it until that date. I have some pictures on my old computer from a while ago. I really started working on it back when MF was announced. It has just evolved from there.

I know there is a way to change the date on the park, but I dont know of a way to change it on the rides. Which is still my last shred of proof in the game (check out the profit from Corkscrew). Also there is a swinging ship ride off in a far corner (not working, I just can't toss it) that is old as well.

You have to understand that this wasn't planned. It really did evolve over all that time. From a simple amusement park to the recently added theme areas (just this Jan.).

I could probably list out a bunch of rides that used to be in the park. And where they were. I will try and get the pictures.

As for not believing me, fine, your choice but you are wrong. I swear on my new $2500 Alienware that I do not lie.

Heres my rating on the park:

COASTERS- You could use some improvement here. Some had low, mediocre ratings and only like a couple had good ratings. I didnt really like how that one was towering over all of the others, and they were very crowded. 3/10

THEMING- I thought the theming in this park was decent. There was some nice theming around the paths, but other than that there is not much else to mention. 4/10

LANDSCAPING- not to good. The main problem....... TREES!
There were almost no trees in this park and it made it look barren and kinda boring. There were very indistinguishable themes (like the jungle section with nothing but sand and a few trees) This section gets a 2/10.

OVERALL RATING- 3/10.

with the addition of alot more trees, more theming, and distinguishable themes, this park would probably be pretty good.

P.S.- Next time make the entire park just 1 theme. Parks generally look better that way.

The problem is you cant rate this like a normal park people post here. I didnt start out with and idea and do it. I have work on this for years. Ever changing, this is only a snapshot, it will all change again in time.

As for the trees, it is a desert. I think I have too many.

That was pretty cool that you were able to get such a successful park with no trainers. You did a good job on that, but honestly there was nothing too interesting about the park. Most of the coasters weren't very good. Still, good job on maintaining the park like that.

I have to say, pretty impressive. I would never have the patience to keep a park going that long. Besides, I usually give up a scenario after it's completion anyway. I have a problem making money, too, I'm pro-trainer, though.

If this is supposed to be a desert park, then why is there a JUNGLE section it it?!

Sorry for the harsh reveiw. Now I understand that this was just a park that you were trying to complete the scenario with and never intended for it to be a big, nice, amazingly themed park. (This was a VERY good park now considering that you used the scenario boundries and didnt use the trainer to get lots of money.... good job on that!)
