| Daytona Beach Fair Grounds
This is a small park located in my home town Daytona beach. It is a tyipical carnival with some roller coasters and a circus. It has all the things a carnival has (Corny themeing, dirt everywhere, and all the mechanics are illegal immergrants ). Don't judge the park by theme because I didn't try and make it a theme park, I just tried to make a semi-realistic carnival. enjoy!

Well, personally, I didnt think this resembled a carnival very much. One thing that would of made it look more like fairgrounds is tarmac footpaths EVERYWHERE (filling up every square inch of space that isnt already occupied by a ride). From the carnivals I've seen, there isnt much dirt, just footpaths. And also, It would defineitly look more like a fair if there wasnt that woodie and the railroad. I am pretty sure that there is no portable wooden coaster on earth that a carnival would have, and as for the railroad, It just doesent seem like something a carnival would have. So in my opinion, this could of looked a lot more like a fair. |

I agree, this definitely doesn't look much like a fair. First of all, where are the games? I see a few food stalls near the entrance of the park, but no games whatsoever in the entire park. The only thing that even remotely looks like a game is two fence pieces and a sign saying "Pop the Balloons" near the Schwarzkopf coaster. I would have also made the rides more crowded together. Looking at mostly dirt land gives both a bad look and look that just doesn't seem very "fairish." As for the coasters, meh.... The Wild Mouse is pretty average, not much to say except for having a first drop. Same with the Schwarzkopf coaster, nto much to say here, either. As for the wooden coaster, first of all, no fair on Earth will have a portable 5,000 foot long, 118 foot tall wooden coaster (and most parks for that matter). The ride itself wasn't very imaginative, but decent nevertheless. For the rest of the rides, its just the same as everything else. Not much to say. You can't do much with flat rides, except for their surroundings. Oh, and I'm sure that most fairs' theming isn't as corny as that. So for a better park, drop the woodie, theme the rides just a little bit better, condense the rides, add some games, and overall just create a better "fair" atmosphere. Maybe you've been to a fair like that in your life, but I haven't. 4/10

the extremely long woodie is very nice...but is about 4,000 feet too long for a fair coaster. 6/10 it looks decent to me...not that I have been to many fairs
