Lake Wintergreen..... ITS HERE!

The RCT project that has been my entire life since I started it is finally done. This is still going for NE Spotlight so I dont think it would be against the rules to send it to everyone who wants it by E-Mail (Please correct me if I am wrong). This park is (yet again) a double mapper, but its not a mega park and a mini park, its 2 MEGA PARKS! When you get it, it would REALLY help you to understand the park better if you read the Read-Me FIRST. One last thing- I am leaving for a week long camping trip on Sunday so if you want the park sent to you this week then hurry up and post your E-Mail.

Lake Wintergreen

So post your E-Mail and I'll get it to you! (though maybe not right away because I'm still waiting for my testers review). ENJOY!

Just to let everyone know, you dont have to P.M. me to get the park, you can just post your E-Mail here (I've been getting E-Mails in here and through P.M.s, sorry, I probably should of clarified where you can post it)

And yes I got your P.M. GigaForce... I sent it to you a couple hours ago.
intamin101- I'm not predjituce or anything to non RCT regulars, whoever wants the park can have it... check your E-Mail now

Comments are apreciated!

BTW, who has all ready voted? I'm just wondering, because very few people all ready have it and that vote showed up before I sent it to anyone. I just wanna make sure no one didnt just vote without even looking at the park.

Review of Lake Wintergreen

Coasters: The coasters were great IMO. They were very diverse and the speed throught the inversions was perfect. I like how a lot of them went underground but you kept them above ground a lot too. Sabretooth looks a little dominating but not too bad at all.
Rating: 8.1/10

Themeing: The theming in this park was also very, very good. I liked the background to this park and you themed your coasters straight to the background. The whole tribe thing was a very good idea and i liked how you used some of the dinosaur bones in gardens to show the ancient side of your park.
Rating: 8.3/10

Landscaping/Architecture: The architecture in this park was very diverse with almost all the buildings the same. I wouldve liked to see some buildings different colors but you did that pretty well. I also wouldve liked to see the condos different colors but most condos are the same color so there is nothing you can do to change that. Landscaping was very good with many hils for the coasters to go into especially the mine train coaster. That looked great IMO
Landscaping Rating: 8.6/10
Architecture Rating: 8.3/10

Overall look: This park looks great overall especially looking down on all the buildings next to the lake. I dont favor the main street parade too much but it still was a great idea. The coasters all blend in nicely except for maybe Sabretooth but its still a great coaster.
Rating: 8.2/10

Final Grade: 8.3 Awesome park! Ill put this park on my top 25 list for sure!

EDIT: Just so you dont get discouraged about your park in any way...I have a hard grading system (this is after seeing CedarFairMasters Grade) so really your 8.3 park is an Amazing park! I have only ever given 2 perfect 10s

Universal's Islands Extreme

Review of Lake Wintergreen

Overall park rating: 9.8
Coasters.
The coasters in this park were superb. I counted 10 of them, and excluding Charlie Chipmunk's Crazy Quest, the highest excitement rating was 8.40. Basilisk and The Wacky Warehouse Whirl had the highest excitement rating I've ever seen for their respective types. Batcave was great; you rarely see coasters that are buried completely underground. Unlike many other 4-D coasters that I've seen, Aerocanis was very unobtrusive, and Bruinclaw was a simply incredible wooden coaster. On the second map, Barnburner was a rather creative design, and I really liked what you did with Lost Caves of The Albatross (merging water coaster track with river ride drops). The station for all the coasters was beautifully done, and the scenery around the coasters was outstanding. In addition, all the coasters had terrific names.
Overall coaster rating: 9.8

Scenery.
By far, Lake Wintergreen had the best scenery/theming/landscaping of all your parks. Firstly, the tree selection was simple, but looked awesome. The gardens were bright and colorful, but they weren't too overwhelming. In other parks, the gardens are so large, so dense, or so bright that the park can be painful to look at. The buildings were exceptional as well. In Pine Ridge, I found the buildings a little ugly, covered in flowers, bushes, sculpture, or other scenery items. In Lake Wintergreen, the buildings looked much more natural and more aesthetically pleasing. The Lake Wintergreen Luxury Condos were the nicest in-park hotel I've ever seen. Plus, the lakeshore in the main park was done very well, and looked better then the shores of most lakes that I've seen.
Overall scenery rating: 9.9

Other rides.
The other rides were like the coasters, very nice to look at, and having great ratings. The water rides in Lake Wintergreen were amazing. Quest For The Golden Galleon had the highest rating I've ever seen on a river ride, plus, it was very nicely integrated into the overall scheme of the park, other river rides have an annoying way of standing out too much. The Big Wolf River Run was a wonderful rapids ride. I've never really liked raising the water level above a river rapid's rails, (which, I guess, is supposed to make it look more natural), I believe it looks rather ugly, but here, it looked great. In addition, the two jet ski rides looked good with the docks around them. The Wintergreen Miniature Golf was a great looking mini golf course, and the flat rides were nicely worked into the park's theming, which can be rather hard to do.
Overall other rides rating: 9.6

Additional Comments.
Everything about this park was sensational, the coasters, the trees, the gardens, the other rides, the terrain, the buildings, and everything else. The fireworks display was one of the best I've seen in an RCT park, and the picnic area was a nice little extra, as were the kids play areas. The pool area, although not great, was simple and looked pretty good. The Main Street Parade wasn't bad either. 5 friends of mine helped me write this review, and we all thought this park was amazing. It's definitely on my Top 10 RCT Park list.

Overall park rating: 9.8

So on your poll, I'm giving it a 10.

your park was absolutely amazing im not gonna do a grading thing (sorry) but its basically what i said in the PM when ya sent me the first map. im really busy with other stuff to write an extremely formal review.

first: I'd CHANGE basilisk's name primarily cause if you're entering this at NE people will notice that its the same name as the corkscrew coaster in Moonlight Magic

Ok my reveiw. Well, when I first got the park, it looked great. I liked the overall feel of the park. So I was like these rides are really cool. But they didn't work for me. So I re-opened the park. And then they worked. it was strange. But anyway, I liked the rides. They were very creative, and I liked how they all had stories. Great park man. By the way, I am only giving you the skinny, because I havn't seen enough parks to judge your park with like #'s and stuff.

Thanks TXCoasterguy1.

About the Spotlight, Adix is really confusing me. Am I out of the runing since he picked that Elsinore Falls Park for spotlight or will Iris pick official ones after he gets back?

i believe there is a long long LONG line of parks waiting for spotlight, lets say 6 people/parkmakers enter a spotlight worthy park at the same time, that'll bump a park back to the next spotlight. this happens because they'res no like entry date, like a entry period. so if your park is decided to be a spotilight and so is lets say Citrus Beach: California, it may be spotlight first then yours...... this is just my speculation...... iris is back tomorrow....

Sorry, but whoever has asked for my park in the last 2 weeks, dont expect to get it anytime soon. I have recieved a virus through E-Mail and it is forcing me to reformat my hard drive. Hopefully every one will get to D/L my park soon if it wins Hidden park or Spotlight at NE. Whatever the case, I'll get the park to everyone who wants it sooner or later

Wink help!

Could you send your park to me at Bellamy60@msn.com.

I am getting pretty good at building coasters that I sometimes neglect the landscaping.

Thanks
