Thanks |

| | | Well, i would say no, but only because only half the park will be open on cerati weekends in november. this is for the christmas time thign at hershey, its only on weekends, and only certain rides are open. however, such rides as great bear and comet are open, and its only 20 bucks for unlimited rides. its really up to you, it will more than likely be cold though, just as a warning.

| | | Yeah...HersheyPark isn't worth going to at this time of year. Now, it is only open for "HersheyPArk In The Dark"...their halloween event that has nothing special but a kiddy area with trick-or-treating. You must go to Hershey in the summertime, though. That's when the chocolate Factory is in full swing and the park is just beautiful!
Also, it is Pay Per Ride during the Halloween season...admission is free right now. |

Unfortunately, Lightning Racer will not because it is in another section of the park. But, the good news is that lines are very short. I walked right on the front row of the Bear a couple of years ago in October. The bad news is, it was about 40 degrees with a 30 mph wind. But, like a hard core coaster rider, I got my frozen body back on that sucker and rode it again. |

On the Hersheypark website there is a coupon for $2 of admission.
The days are Oct 18-21 and 25-28. Hours are 5-9 Thrus, 5-10 Fri, 2-10 Sat and 2-9 Sun.
Coasters that are scheduled to be open are: Comet, sooperdooperlooper, Great Bear, SideWinder, Trailblazer.
If this is your ONLY chance have to get to Hersheypark, it is worth it. If you will have other chances to get to go there, I think it is still worth it. If for some reason a trip to Hersheypark now will prohibit a visit during next season (for reasons of travel or finances), then hold off for the summer.
Personally, I enjoy it. Gives me a chance to take my final coaster ride of the year (a night ride) on the Comet, my sentimental favorite.
