Question Disney and Universal Question

Hey, I was wondering how the lines are at all the Disney parks and Universal on and around Christmas. Are they horrible or okay? I am going next week and I need to know! Thanks!

Well I've never been there during Christmas myself, I do know that its the most crowded Disneyworld and Universal get all year.

I just got back from all 4 Disney parks and the longest I had to wait was 15 minutes for test track, and thats without fast pass. Most of the fast pass locations weren't even offering it since it is so slow.

Things get crowded, but FL knows how to keep lines moving. IOA can get a 60 min Hulk wait and a 120 min Spiderman wait on the most crowded days, but as of now it's not that bad. We'll see how things go this year though.

Disney parks are usually only really crowded from the 24th of december to the 2nd or 3rd of January. It is almost unbearable then.

Holiday times are the worst time to visit Disney parks, crowd wise. This year might be different considering some people are staying off planes (ahem::my dad: ) but I would expect heavy crowds. It is the busiest if not one of the most crowded times to visit WDW.

Chek this out: I'm going to be on an airplane, 7 AM Christmas DAY leaving from Atlantic City Airport going to Orlando International. Is that a good combination? It sure doesn't sound like it. But, I'm willing to take the risk. I'm willing to bet that it won't be nearly as crowded as it usually is due to the war and all else. At least, I'm HOPING it isn't, lol. If it is, FastPass shall be my saviour yet again. Hell...as long as I get to IOA and am able to do Spidey, Hulk, DD, Dudley, and Popeye, I'll be happy! Oh yeah, and the 300 foot slingshot.

From what I've noticed on Christmas Day at DL, crowds are almost non existant in the morning. Then at about noon, it picks up substantially. It dies down again at about 4 and then picks up after everyone has had their holiday meals. I don't know if thats the same for WDW.

Definitely bad idea, no matter what park it is in Florida.

This is when even if the strategy works out, you may only ride all the major attractions once.

If you think the lines on MF is long, wait until you see Florida parks in Christmas.

Yes, they are usually lonnnggggggggg, but I have a feeling it won't be quite as bad this year. I went to Disney World about a month ago, and except for Saturday, it was EMPTY. As in 0 waits for EVERYTHING, no matter what time of day it was! Of course that was not during Christmas, but I'm guessing it will not be as bad this Christmas as it usually is.

Well, I hope it works out well. On the way there (we are driving), we get to stop at Wild Adventures and check out Cheetah!
