Sfog- 5/28/02

I got up about 8 this morning and headed out to SFOG about 9... we got there at about 9:40, and we parked, got my cousins ticket (it was the two of us) and we went in...
I was really surprised to see this many people here on a Tuesday, so we decided to get a q-bot. The signs on the ticket booths said that certain rides wouldn't open till noon (Dajavu (thats how they spelled it) and Ninja were the two main rides) Once we got in, we headed and took two quick drops on Acrophobia (one in the q-bot line and one in the regualar line) both were walk ons since it was so early in the morning. I love this ride, it offers a great view of the park, and I got my 47th ride in today... I love the feeling of just sitting up there facing the ground @ 200 feet in the air... Definately a rush.
We then headed over to Superman: Ulitimate Flight. We saw that there was hardly a line, so we did the q-bot/normal line again and got two rides in about 10 minutes... the first time we rode in the 2nd to back, and it offered great g's in the pretzel loop, awesome coaster... and the 2nd time we rode in the 2nd to front row and had great air at the top of the pretzel loop, that wierd feeling of just hanging head first for a second as you go into the loop... Awesome ride in any seat... 10/10...
Then we went and reserved Scream Machine, 5 min. wait with the q-bot... this was the worst ride I have ever had on this coaster, at the bottom of every hill, it felt like the seat broke my back every time... we rode this once 4/10...
then we headed over and rode Mind Bender... I love this ride and we rode it 4 times that day, the waits were between 5-15 minutes with lo-q. I love this ride, It is really smooth, great forces, and just a flat-out great ride 10/10...
Batman the Ride wasn't open then, so we went and rode Schorcher... This was running a little rougher than the last time, but still a great ride... just mostly vibrations is what made it rough... we rode it once the whole day 'cause it had a lo-q wait of 30 minutes... 8/10
After that we rode Cyclone... 20 min. wait w/ lo-q... this ride is kinda rough, but it still offers really awesome airtime... 7/10...
Then we went back around and rode Superman... still great as usual, then we rode Ninja... sorda rough but not bad 6/10...
we rode most of the other rides... then we went home... It was a good day today, we rode everything, and we had a blast, can't wait to go back Friday
