Question King's Island

I am heading over to King's Island on Tuesday and don't really know what to expect because I haven't been there in a long time. I was wondering what to ride first, when to goto everything, what is down, and how the lines will be. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Moving to Travel Tips, USA East...

Sorry I can't be of more help, I've never managed to get to the park myself, but at least the weather ought to be warming up a bit! Hope it's nice and sunny for you, too.

Well, I personally think you should head to SOB or Drop Zone when the park opens. Only ride one because Action Zone will fill quickly with people and the lines in that area will get big in the morning. If you stay and ride everything in the morning, by time you get to the other coasters in the park, people will be heading to the same rides so you'll get to enjoy long lines the whole day. After you ride one of the rides in Action Zone, head back to the Beast. After riding that, if you want, you can hit Tomb Raider, but the line will probably be long and I haven't heard great things about it. I haven't experienced it myself. After riding those, go ride Vortex and then Flight of Fear. After that, feel free to do whatever you want. I recommend hitting the rest of the Action Zone rides in mid-late afternoon. Riding the Beast at night is a must! I recommend the front seat at night and the back during the day. SOB is also a great night ride.

Other notes:

FOF: Must ride in the front seat!
Beast: already mentioned
SOB: front seat
Vortex: back seat
Racer: if you only have time to do one side, I recommend the forward side in the front seat. You'll receice some generous doses of airtime.
Face/Off: I like all the seats on this ride. I do tend to favor the seat that when you enter the station, is on the far right.
Top Gun: front seat

Don't waste your time in the waterpark. It's not very good and most of the slides hurt IMO.

Food:
LaRosa's Pizza- It's a Cincinatti classic. Some of the best pizza you'll ever have.
Coney Snacks and Drinks- I strongely recommend the cheese sticks and popcorn chicken
Rivertown Potato Works- the Potato wedges are great.
Paradise Island- If it's hot, you have to drop by this place and get a smoothie. They are delicious.

I'm sorry if this is more than you wanted. Have fun.
