| I don't think crowds will be a problem that early in the week. (Of course, it's near July 4th, so who knows?)
The only recommendation I'd have -- ride Titan at night. The lines are shorter and I found the ride to be much better after sunset for some reason.
One "plan of attack" you might want to try -- start at the back corner at "Goodtimes Square" (Judge Roy Scream, Flashback), and work your way around. Hit Batman and Mr. Freeze next, then maybe the Mine Train, followed by Shock Wave (I recommend hitting some of the flat-rides in-beteween, like the Scrambler, Wildcatter, and Sombrero (Trabant) if you like flat-rides. Don't bother with Space Shuttle America, the new Sim Theater ride/show.) Hit Runaway Mountain after that, and squeeze in "La Vibora" (an Intamin Bobsled) if you have the time. End out the night with the Texas Giant and Titan.
Don't eat in the park -- it's too expensive and not particularly good. Pack a lunch and eat at the picnic area in the parking lot, or there are plenty of restaurants just outside the park (Subway's good ...) You might want to eat at one of those places instead.
Hope this helps ...
