Thumbs up SFoG Trip 8/8-8/9/2002 Day 1

I got to go to Six Flags over Georgia two days because I had a second day free pass. It was my first Six Flags experience so I may sound excited at times...

First thing I did when I got there was ride Georgia Cyclone since it was right there. It was a pretty short line since the park had just opened a little earlier. The ride was fun and the on-ride photo was kinda funny. My parents liked it even though they thought it was a bit rough.
The next thing I did was Actrophobia. That was really fun. For some reason I had my eyes glued to the ground below the whole time, wavin to my dad as he took pictures. The drop was great. The stop kinda hurt a little bit but not enough to not wanna go on it again.
Next was the mine train (Don't remember the name off the top of my head). That was rough. Kinda fun though.
The next thing we did was Deja Vu. It wasn't open at the time so I waited in line. After about 40 minutes my mom said I should go ride Ninja. I got over there and walked on. As I was going up the lift I saw Deja Vu testing. After somewhat enjoying Ninja I literally ran back to Deja Vu and got there right as the gates were opened. I got first ride. It was an awesome ride.
We walked on over to Superman but on the way rode GASM. It was fun and had air. It was fun too. Next was Superman. I wasn't scared of it a bit. Apparently a girl was that was on it while I was in line so they stopped it on the lift. They talked her into going and got it started back up. Only thing negative about the right is they squeeze the lower parts of the male body when loading you and checking. It was actually more comfortable in the flying position.
I then went to Batman, which looked awesome. My parents and brother thought it was too intense, I say it was fine. Only thing was the minimal head banging in the zero g roll.
After that I went to Georgia Scorcher which was a different experience. I thought it would be harder than it was to stay standing. It was a good ride and I went on it again the next day.
I will post day 2 tomorrow...

Good T.R. I'm glad you enjoyed SFOG. How were the crowds that day? You're lucky that you got on Dejavu

I rode mindbender the second day...never got around to posting day 2...i got first ride front row I have officially been to SFoG
The lines were not bad except for Mindbender, SUF, and deja vu. i waited through supermans line 2 times for about 45 minutes each. It stopped on the lift both times. first time cuz someone freaked. Second cuz of malfunctions. batman second day had little lines. scorcher wasn't too bad either. GASM had a short line too. Acrophobia had a 15 minute line about.
