According to Mapquest, the one way trip from PKI to CP will be 237 miles making it 4 hours driving time. They suggest going up I-75 to the Ohio Turnpike (I-80/90). And then getting off at State Route 4 and taking that into CP.

A more direct approach, though I don't know how much more dirve time it would be, is to take Route 4 from just north of Dayton. When you hit the I-75/675 split near West Carrollton, take 675. That will take you around the city of Dayton, not a fun place to drive through, I know for a fact. Once 675 ends, merge with 70 East and State Route 4 should only be a couple miles up the road. Take Route 4 straight up north. You may hit smaller townships and what not, but anything is better than Truck Highway (I-75).
