Cool Convince family to go to BGW

My family for the first time in years are traveling to Virginia Beach and my parents are considering throwing in BGW. They would like to go only on strict conditions where they are not willing to go if it is raining, too hot, or if I show them this site with negative reviews. This may sound childish but could some of you post positive things to say about BGW because my dad teaches history while my mom is in love with lush scenery and I know they would love it but they just don't listen. Thanks!

Dude...This is the most beautiful park you can go to...for real. The landscape is incredible and the theming is awesome. It's like Disney World for adults. The rides are awesome and the food is as good as it comes. It's just an incredible park.

Awesome rides, great atomosphere, and very nice theming. The park experience rivals disney's scenery.

Yes, you must go.
I went this year for 2 days and could have stayed longer.
BGW is the kind of place you can hang out the entire day.
The landscaping is amazing. The park has golf course grass everywhere, with flowers beds. And it starts at the parking lots, so you can imagine what it looks like when you get inside. There's lots of family stuff to do, lots of animals to see, and the new Lighthouse 4D show is cool.

If you go, get there early, do a few rides, then go for an early lunch, because lines for food places are heavy at noon.

I stayed for an entire week, and never got bored. You have to go, even when it is raining or really hot. All of the rides are fun, some more intense than others.

BGW is one of the best "family" parks in the world...really something for everyone, from really little kids, to teens, to parents, to grandparents.

Beautiful Scenery-- 10 years running voted "Most Beautiful ParK"

Great Food-- Really good food from around the world.

Great Rides-- Fun family rides as well as 4 of the world's best coasters.

Awesome Shops-- With gifts in all price ranges from each of the represented countries.

Amazing Shows-- Shows all the family members can enjoy...make sure you stay late to see Imaginique (best show I have EVER seen in a theme park, and I have seen a lot of shows!)

Even if it is hot or rainy or even crowded, BGW handles crowds well, and has plenty of indoor attractions with airconditioning for hot days, and places to dodge the raindrops on rainy days.

Go to Buch Gardens, you will not regret it. And, you can get great deals on tickets through AAA and through their website.

I went there a couple weeks ago for three days...IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!

As GAcoasterguy said...

Beautiful Scenery- You don't win it 10 years running for nothing

Great Food- You MUST eat at Das Festhaus

Great Rides- Great rides for the whole family and two of my top 10 coasters(Alpengeist and Apollo's Chariot)

Awesome Shops- Easily the most impressive "souvenirs" in any park I've gone to, everything from cheap little keychains to official M.A. Hummel figures)

Amazing Shows- Some of the best shows in the bussiness, once again you have to catch "This is Oktoberfest" at Das Festhaus!

It's an amazing park, you must go. My dad isn't what you would call an "enthusiast" but he actually insisted that we went there this year, he's been there five times in his life now and LOVES it every time.

GO!

I live about 6 hours away, and I go at least twice a year...this year its going to be 3 or 4 times (their Halloween event is really cool!).

The new Trappers Smokehouse is the best food if you ask me, but the FestHaus is great, and so is the Italian place, and Grogan's.

I know I'm late on this one. But yes, that Italian place is great. I went two years ago and ordered a chicken parmesan. It was so good that I didn't even notice they gave me eggplant parmesan until I was most of the way finished. Scenery is awesome, and the parking lot is a good conversation piece...Speed limit = 17?

BGW is one of the most scenic theme parks in the world. Even for ppl not fond of coasters, it can still be fun to visit. I guess you can try to convince them by showing the beautiful photos.
