I havent been there in 2 years and can't remember what area to hit first...anyone have an ideas.....

Hit the Midway America section first. A lot of people tend to head to Comet and Great Bear first, so you won't much have much of a wait for Wildcat and Lightning Racer if you head out there first.

Absolutely. Don't forget Wild Mouse as well, it's capacity isn't always the greatest. I also found that Great Bear and Comet's lines shrink towards closing, as everyone heads for the LaserLight show.
