| Well there are a couple of approaches you can take-
Serious- Show your responsible and invite your parents for a private talk. Tell them how this park is really important to you and you are willing to do whatever to go. Make sure to make a lot of eye contact.
Beg- Have a calander and everyday make sure you nag your parents 3 times a day and make a checkmark on your calender everytime to make sure you're keeping up and they may possibly cave.
Remorse- When they shut you down, if you can spare some diginity, cry on command and put yourself down saying how you've been really bad this year and how all you wanted was to go to the theme park. Make up some cheesy line like "I just, I just hoped there might be once chance this summer to get away from all the pain I'm feeling, and this park is my get away, but I've lost the trust, Mom and Dad, that we once shared, and now I see, I have failed you..."
Aggressive- Refuse to do anything they ask, chores or anything you don't want to do until they say they'll take you. While an interesting tactic, it rarely works unless your parents are push-overs
Crazy- Ok for this Last Resort trick, you'll need your dog, a net, and a trident, and some Alcasezer. Find your dog and trap it in the net. Drag it where your parents are and say the following...
"MOM, DAD, I'M SHOT UP ON HEROIN AND YOU HAVE DRIVEN ME TO THE POINT OF INSANITY. NOW I DON'T WANT TO HURT THE DOG, BUT IF I DON'T GET TO THIS THEME PARK, THINGS COULD GET UGLY!!!" Then you pop the alcazeser, or whatever that stomach relief medicine is, and keep it in your mouth and your mouth will start foaming, at that point, drop to the floor and collapse. Then just wait and see what comes out of all of it.
As for a good day to go, Sundays are usually bare especially towards the later afternoon.
As for getting Cable, use any other techniques mentioned above.
