| | | CP in September How crowded is CP in September? I went last year in October, and it was very croweded. I'm just looking for a better time to go in fall. |

| | | Did you by chance go on a saturday last October??
Bonus weekends - Saturday=busy, but Sunday isn't as crowded.
Friday nights for Halloweekends aren't very busy either. Saturdays are very busy--Sundays aren't nearly as bad. |

| | | Sundays tend to always be the best day to go out there. Espicially when its kind of cold and not to many people come on out there. |

| | ^^ LOL, that had to be the funniest thing I've read yet all day, haha!
September, ahh, I love weekends and working them .
As a rule of thumb: fridays are crowded, and it needs to be known that a LOT of the rides (mainly past MF and Magnum) are CLOSED for all of the Halloween theming. Saturdays are VERY busy. Sundays are ALWAYS relaxed and peaceful, even the last day of operation. If you want to be able to just stroll through the park and take your time, and STILL ride everything, visit on a Sunday .
Oh, and make sure to dress right. I'm already dreading having to stack hoodies and sweat pants under my blue suit to keep warm *cries*.

| | | I went last year, and it was cold (well cold for me, I'm from the desert) Room rates are cheaper in September.
Last year, my gf and I hit, CP, and SFWOA. 680 Miles on the rental car for the weekend.
We just wanted to get the most bang for our buck.
Think we'll go for septemer. |

| | | What's about SFWOA? Last year we did CP on Fri Night (not much was open) and Saturday, and did WOA on Sunday. Everything was walk on there (including X-Flight) Should we reverse our order and do WOA on Sat?
Also how far of a drive is it from CP to King's Island? |

| | September is the best bet for a peaceful stay on a Sunday, with some nice themeing to boot. BUT, it's colder than the dickens and getting windburn isn't a fun thing .
I would suggest a Sunday in late August right after all the kids start heading back to school. Still a little warm and it get's peaceful too. And if you don't like the themeing, there's your chance.
I do believe one of the Saturdays in September last season was the busiest day we had in YEARS. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

| | | I've always thought Friday nights were better than Sunday, but that's just coming from personal experience. One of the Friday nights last year (last one in Sept.) TTD was practically a walk on. Around 10-15 minutes almost all night. We did get poured on heavily that night though, and there were plenty of tornado watches going around. |

| | | I know what day you are talking about to. I got off early that night, and like 20 minutes after I got off work, it started to poor. I was so mad. Then the storm that came in didn't make it easyer. Forgot to have my rain coat to. |

| | | Unfortnantly my only two choices are Septmber, or October. Last year when I went, it was cold, and CP was packed on Saturday. If August wasn't an option, would you go in September or October? |
