UpCharge Rides... At The Prater

Ok so im back on TN and stuff...
and last night I got back from my trip for euro-parks and the first one I went to was Prater Park.... it had 8 coasters I went on all of them.. and it also had alot of flats everywhere... and one thing I found funny... I must have seen about 15 different wheels in the park of all sizes and kinds.. Ones with old-school box cars from 1890s one that you could spin the cars around.. Like 3 different sized kiddie wheels ...But the thing that made this park (fair ground) GREAT was its upcharge rides.... You had to pay for each ride in the park.. But most people would know what an upcharge ride is... This park had alot and some of the best I have been on ever! And one as for now is the ONLY one of its kind.....

Ok! so I left Boston to fly to MI State... Then of to Holland!... But then.... I got to Austria! got to my hotel and then walked down to the park.....

The first upcharge ride I went on was the parks Booster ride it is named
"Turbo Boost" and it was new for 2003 I think it was maybe 200 feet tall and had a sign saying it went 108 KMH... What I have to say about this ride is...

IT WAS WAY! BETTER then Katanga Skyscraper could ever be! It just kept going and going and going it felt as if my feet were going to fall off it was great when the ride stopped and had me at the top I was able to look around.... But as I was the only one on the ride the car was tilted... Makeing me face downwards... Fun stuff I guess
ride price 8E

The next upcharge ride I saw was a funny looking Skycoaster named "Air Dive" it was like the one at Frontier City... Where it like had 2 poles... and that makes it look like sling shot ride.... This ride was closed both days I was at the park so I didnt go on it
ride price 16?E

Well Skycoaster was closed so I walked back into the park (the sky coaster is on a different street) I saw something that looked sooooo cool from photos I saw on the internet... Its a one of a kind ride... Star Flyer! Its just a Wave Swinger (flying swings) only its on a 200 foot tall pole! and once it gets to the top it moves up and down about 50 feet its NOT freefall but its still very cool.. The ride had alot of kids on it.. So its not that thrilling and was a bit of a let down.. But still was a great ride just swing that high up and it goes fast!... Also the seat.. Is just a seat!..Like on any other flying swing ride... and when you would pick up speed you could feel the seat like "bend"...Some park iin FL is to get this ride in time for IAAPA..(I think oldtown?)Ride price 3E

Well I got off the Star Flyer and right next to it is a 100M (Over 300 feet) tall Sling Shot ride named.. Sling-Shot!... But you needed 2 people to ride it was after like 15 mins of begging my friend to ride she said yes.. But I had to pay for her to ride..... The ride is like anyother sling shot... Tilts back and goes up very fast then flips you over and falls face first at the ground... The view was way cool from the top... I wanted to go on it some more but I had more things to do and ride so i got the video of me on it...
ride price 11E video was 7?E

The park also had a ton of go kart tracks but i dont like go karts so I didnt do them.. they also had "quads"? like little 4 wheel "power wheel" type things and it had a dirt track I didnt ride it but I did see it.

The park also had one more big upcharge ride... One I just couldnt do... a flatout bungee jump...It was called like "Austria Bungee" It was next to the booster and in the 2 days I was at the park I only saw it used 2 times both times it was 2 people useing it so i didnt think you could go solo and the price was like 22E and I didnt have money for the 2 of us to ride

Over all I liked the park and would go back but it feels more like a funfair then a park and each ride is pay per ride... But its still fun just you spend alot of money for a day of fun...

Umm iI might do a coaster review later...maybe
so over all I would give the park an 8 of 10 and would be better if it was "one price for all rides" but because groups of rides are owned by different people this can not happen....
