BGT 4/30 (Includes some more on 05 coaster and a Disney ride)

BGT was somewhat crowded with little kids on hormones (aka Middle Schoolers). But ride waits were okay and the flow was good.

First was Montu: Had to wait 10 minutes due to testing and when it opened, I DASHED towards front row, especially center. Montu in the front, greatest ride ever!

Then off to Scorpion. In my past 2 trips, Scorpy was either down or had like a 45 minute wait with 1 train operation. It was a walk on and it rocked!

After that was Kumba, got 2 rides, both Walk-ons.

Then following that was Congo Rapids and Tidal Wave. Both walk ons and soaked!

Following that was a nice lunch at the Stanleyville Smokehouse (one of the places slated for demolition for the 2005 coaster), Busch's good flame broiled ribs!

Then I dashed for rerides on Montu and Kumba. Also did 1 ride on Python. Then last but not least was Gwazi.

Gwazi was down, but you thought that was the end. I talked to the ride op about coasters, especially the infamous 05 coaster and other attractions.

First:
Its true were getting an 05 coaster (of course you knew that). But Busch has met with the company (well duh, B&M) and they will try shooting for biggest drop. Its kinda misty on the biggest drop, I think B&M wouldnt do anything over 250 FT. He couldnt snitch anymore about it since its confidential.

Another thing I heard was that one of the WDW parks may get a Finding Nemo themed ride. Remember, these are rumors.

Then after that I was off home after another nice trip to BGT.

Another nice day at Busch Gardens Tampa...ahhh!

20o foot or so coaster at BGT seems awesome. There in dire need of it and this is just what they need!!

I have always loved BGT's water rides. There more than the normal ones. There great!
