Ok... so I made a Upcharge ride review from prater park.. Next will be on all the crazy flatrides... But this will be on the 12 roller coasters I went on
Ok the first park I went to was Prater park.. I got up in Melrose Mass at 5am... Was in Bostons airport for my 730am flight... Then i found myself in MI State. Then we were off to Holland! We got into Holland 1 hour sooner then we should have... 430am.... 6am Flight from Holland to Austria... And still! No sleeping.... We got into Vienna around 10am....
1pm The prater! Ok so on to the coasters...
Boomerang - This is just like any other boomerang coaster but going out of the cobra roll it gors into a tunnle at the bottom of the loop a big "BANG goes off and a light flashs... and well its just a boomerang... I sat in the front and took a video POV. It had an"odd" train on it.. Not teh old box-ish kind or the rounded one... It looked like what Ninja at SFOG and ME at SFWOA has.
- It was an OK ride but still just a boomer...
Der Zug des Manitu - This was the very last coaster I went on in the park. I didnt even see it till day 2 of my vist... It was 'different' it was a powered coaster but it smelled bad... Like worst then any power coaster I have been on. It was inside but it wasnt a dark ride. It started going backwards did about 50% of the ride then went the right way around like 5 laps. I only went on it one time and sat in the back. I also got a video POV on it.
- Was fun-ish and had good Lats in the turns...
Dizzy-Mouse - This was the very first ride I went on. Its just like any spinign mouse coaster. But it was TRIMLESS! untill before the car unlocks. And then stayed untrimed till the end. I was the only one on the ride and only one in my car. So I didnt spin as much as I could have. The ride has a tunnle that looked like a cat that 'eats' you.
- Liked it alot for not being trimed...
Hochschaubahn - This coaster I almost didnt get to ride! On my first day in the park it was one of three coasters I couldnt find. The others being Der Zug des Manitu and Mega-Blitz. I could see this ride but not how to get on it. And I was running out of time and at this point in time I didnt know if I was getting to go back the next day so I HAD! to ride it. Well once I found how to get on the ride I sat in my seat 2nd row I should have been front but people from the ride before me stayed on! So I got a 2nd to front row video POV. This ride is very messed up! it doesnt have any seatbelts or lapbars or anything you sit down and it goes. The people in front of me were HANDHOLDING! A baby! Well teh ride is very messed up and was like nothing I had ever been on. It had some air time but then it had alot of slow parts and even water that shoots at you so you get wet on the ride.
- Very cool ride! Wish I could have gone on more...
Megablitz - I didnt get to ride this on my first day but when I was on the madmouse I could see it! Just not find how to get to it. Well this ride is odd. It has 2 3car trains that could seat 1 or 2 people and you sit like on a Mack bobsled coaster. They wouldnt let me wait for the front so I took the back and got a video POV. This ride really packs the Gs in the turns and is just like 4 turning drops and some helixs. it was a vesy fast set ride and then it was over.
- What just happened? fun but short...
Super 8 Bahn - This was the only coaster in the park I went on two times. It was fun. very much like a Galixie or Windstorm only longer. I got a video POV on this from the front row. This is one of only two coaster my friend I went with went on at this park. Yet she went on the Star Flyer and 100M Sling Shot!. Well the ride has alot of side to side turns and some drops. It wasnt trimed at all untill the end. So when it stopped... It stopped hard!
- Fun little coaster seem like it should be at a beach front park...
Volare
- This coaster is just 100% crap. This ride was new for 2004 and well... Lets just say after I got off this I wanted my $5 back! It just slams you all around and you cant even hold your head because its a flyer! The only part of this ride I liked was the lift hill its cool how it works. The end part whrere it does dropping and riseing S curve would have been kickbutt if it didnt kill myhead.
- I want my money back!
Wilde Maus - I had been on a few mad mouse coasters... But this one was better even better then the ones like PKD has with the 50 foot drop. This ride was 100% Un-Trimmed it was so wild! I had never been on a mad mouse that really felt like it was going off the track! This ride also had a very nice spot of "pop" airtime that you just kind of fall with. But it didnt have anyother air time.

So thats it for Prates coasters. I went on all 8 in 2 days time. So now on to the other park I went to
Vidámpark... How messed up is it to just walk down a street in Budapest! Hungary and just find this park? I knew it was in the city and I was going to it and stuff. But I didnt think i was going to find it. Well I did and I loved this little park!
Família Expressz - This was the first coaster I went on in this park. I was the only one on it. Much like EVERY! ride I went on in this park... So its just a little power coaster like a DragonWagon but a bit bigger. It gave like 5 laps and was fun I guess.
- Eh. just a kiddie ride...
Hullámvasút - Boy did I think Hochschaubahn was messed up. Well untill I saw this! Wow this ride it "wacked" no seatbelt no lapbar NO SIDES to the car! This ride my friend went on with me but she wasnt to happy about no lapbars unlike Hochschaubahn this ride had real airtime and drops of 30feet at a time. And this ride was LONG it just kept going and going like what it feels like on mean streak... Only fun
. What makes this ride "odd" to is the fact that its right on the side of a highway. Liek if I spat and didnt force it out it would still hit cars.
- Overall a fun ride not like anything I had ever been on
Kukomotívra - This was just a big apple coaster and its trim was on hard. It gave 3 laps. Not much to say about this coaster. umm I was the only one on it when I was on it...
- Big Apple not much of a ride...
Looping Star - This was the big one teh second tallest coaster of my trip. But the one that ment the most. yes I know its cloned but still. I LOVE! Loopign Stars! I just love looping coasters with lapbars and as a side note it would be my
160thCoaster! I went on this coaster 5 times front front then back... Then an hour later back seat with my frined she hated no lapbars on a woodie... So a looper with a lapbar to her was crazy! Thats why we sat in back then after she lived that. I made her ride front seat and I held her hands up for the loop
. This coaster was odd for one thing. The station was set up for 7 cars but the train only had 6 whats up with that? Anyways this coaster didnt have a seatbelt or anything just a lapbar that the one! op. didnt even look at he just started the ride and my bar was way! to high so i pulled it down but kept about 3ins of room to fall around in the loop with.
- Fun fun lapbar looper!
So in the end I went on 12 different coasters and endded my count at 162... But this weekend I get to add 2 more in NewYork..
Umm when in germany I just walked around and then found a funfair! I guess it was for "Spring Day" It was very cool! Un-like any fair I have been to in the US.
Also when I was in the Czech Republic I was in the same city as one more coaster and park. But I just couldnt find it. I asked people for "Luna Park" but they didnt know I even went to an Internet Cafe to find all the info I could but still! It wasnt on anymap and I just couldnt find it so I neve rgot to ride Horská Dráha. But for a trip that was never ment to be a coaster / park / ride trip to have been able to go on what I did was still way cool. But I did NOT! go on this trip for coasters. I went to see the world. And I did!.. Just a would with some coasters in it.
