2005 Pregnant Wife Weekend

I might be posting this in the wrong place..

So, my wife will be 7 months pregnant for BGW's and PKD's opening weekend next year. PKD's date isn't announced, BGW's is 3/19/05. The two of us usually go to the first Sunday at one of these parks, but she has no interest this year since she can't ride anything.

It's usually pretty cold and very empty. The two of us got about 40 coaster rides last year for this event at PKD, including 15 re-rides on Grizzly.

Anyone have any interest in joining me to celebrate my fertility?

I would go to something like this, but 1, my parents would be hard to convince because I either have school or possibally orientation or training for the park next year. But have fun dude. I would go alone if the park is empty. I wouldn't mind. I did it all the time at SFGadv this year. But theirs a difference.....

That's what I think. This is about me going to PKD, not some women's lib thing. Go start an Oprah thread elsewhere...

No, actually, I think you did, seeing as Montu Man was pretty funny.

I think you should go, at least to PKD, cause it's relatively close to you, right? I guess you should wait for BGW, because they are getting something new, and hold off until you know when it opens. Unless you go just for the sake of tradition. I would go, and have some of your wifes friends be with her that day. Then again, I'm an immature 15 year old, lacking the knowledge of how a pregnant woman may react to that.....

Ok, this is not a thread to convince me to go to PKD or not. I'm already going. This is an invite to anyone who wants to join me.

EDIT - It was Montu Man that killed it.

Hope she hits you up for some good child support payments in a few years.

You could bring her and set her up comfy in the hotel feet up on a cushion. Sipping something nice and cool. Go and ride then check in and report back to her just so she does not get too board. That way you both went and had fun.

Carefuk, you never know how things may end up. If somone had said that about my parents way before, I'd be pretty upset about how they jinxed it.

Well I hope you have fun. I'm up here, in NJ. I might go down to VA next week though.

You going to PKD or BGW?
