Cedar Point and Geauga Lake

Hey, I'm going to Geauga Lake on Sep. 10/05 for a day. I've never been there so any tips would be helpful.
The next day we are going to Cedar Point for a day. Yes, you read correctly, only ONE day. I've been there twice before but never soo late in the year. My other trips have also been 2 or 3 days. I'm staying at the Breakers Express, so that allows me to get in the park a half-hour early. Again, any tips would be appriciated. I figure I should get most of the large stuff done, as a sunday in September will probably have very light crowds. Thanks.

If you plan on riding TTD and MF, get a freeway stamp. They are stamps that allow you to wait in a shorter line if you come at the correct time the stamp says. MF's freeway stand opens at 11:00, but I suggest you get there at 10:30 to get on earlier. TTD's freeway stand I think opens at 4:00. You will want to get there WAY earlier because the line backs up all the way to Gemini sometimes.

Walk-on coasters- Gemini
Magnum
Cedar Ckreek Mine Ride
Mean Steak
Corkscrew
Wildcat
Iron Dragon
These rides tend to have longer lines later on in the day. These are the rides you will most likely to get 4 or five rides on each if you stay until closure. I suggest you hit Wicked Twister, Disaster Transport and Maxair early because those rides are PACKED in later hours.

Good eating places are Johnny Rockets right next to Maxair, Happy Friar right across from Gemini, "Coasters" next to Wildcat and Macaronis near the childrens railroad next to Wicked Twister. If you want to save time I suggest you pack a lunch of your own. If the sky ride line is long, don't bother taking it. I have found out it is much faster to walk. Other good rides are Demon drop, Witches wheel, Scrambler, and Calypso.CP has tons of good flats so there are probably a few that I missed. Hope this helps and have fun!

Sorry I have no tips for GL.
