You didn't tell us what parks you're visiting so it's hard to say.
Staying onsite (Hard Rock, Portifino Bay Hotel)?
If so then it's no problem. Hotel guests get unlimited express line access. Although this will change soon to 1 ride per hour because people are taking re-rides, thus making the express line 15 minutes long.
If you're going to Sea World then hit this park on Saturday if you can get there when the gate opens. Park at the Renaissance Resort across the street for free and walk across the parking lot, nice place, I've stayed there. Hit JTA and Kraken first thing, then go see all the shows. Waits for these two rides in the afternoon are 1 hour, so be there early. Since there are only two rides at Sea World (very good ones) it makes sense to see this park on a Saturday, as long as you can get there when the gate opens. Don't miss the Key West Dolphin area where you can feed them.
Going to BGT? Have a rental car?
Go here on Sunday. It's 75 miles to the west and about 1.5 hours. Take I-4 West to I-75, and go north to Fowler Ave, get off and go West about 5 miles and you'll see the signs just after passing the college. Hit Gwazi first because this takes forever to load and the wait time here is 1 hour. Kumba is a walkon most of the time, Montu is about 20 minutes, sometimes a walkon.
This leaves you with IOA on a Monday or Tuesday.
IOA is packed these days, that's why everyone who goes is staying onsite so they can get the Unlimited Express access.
From 1pm to about 5pm all the rides have a 1 hour wait, the place becomes gridlocked. Get there early when the gate opens at 9am and take a lap going clockwise around the park. Some say to run to Deuling Dragons, but I say to just take your lap and hit Hulk, Spiderman, Doom Drop, Rip Saw Falls, Jurassic Park, Deuling Dragons, Ptgeron Flyers, Posidens Fury, back to Popeye (you will get soaked, take off socks and put them in the middle holder), then the Sinbad show. Have a long lunch, during the gridlock period. After that you can wait for your favorite ride and the park will empty out near closing giving your more chances to get some rides.
You must be there when the gate opens, I can't stress that enough.
Now, if you have multi-day tickets (not on site), you will be allowed 1 express pass at a time, which may change the way you visit the rides. The only problem is that you have to get each pass from Kiosk machines in front of each ride, so it takes some planning. These machines have long lines of people trying to get express passes, it's a mob scene so good luck trying to use them.
Here is another message board you can surf that talks about IOA. If you back up to list all the boards, you'll see trip reports. But most of these people we're lucky enough to stay onsite and they all had that magic card (hotel key), which of coarse, made thier visit the best.
