Here are a few of my fav rides at the USE parks.

Universal Studios Florida:
Back to the Future
Terminator 2: 3D
Kong
ET (I know, but it's cute!)

Islands of Adventure:
Hulk
Dueling Dragons
Spiderman
All the water rides

Just do the whole park, it's amazing.

I haven't been to BGT, but I heard that their coasters are good.

I suggest these attractions:

IOA- Hulk, Dueling Dragons, Spiderman, all water rides, Dr. Dooms Fearfall if the line is not bad. If you have some extra time go to the talking fountain in front of The Eighth Voyage of Sinbad, it's hilarious. The whole park is great.

USF- T23D, Back to the Future, MIB Alien Attack, Earthquake, Jaws, Kong

SWF- Kraken, Atlantis

CityWalk is really cool too.

If you like snorkeling/swimming--definately hit Discovery Cove! You can either do it with or without a dolphin swim. While it is pricy, you get a free (and good) lunch and free ticket to Sea World as well! I think it is about $90 without dolphin swim and around $200 with the dolphin swim. We didn't do the dolphin swim but next time we definately will! What is nice about the park is that they only let 1,000 people in a day! When we were there in january I think there were more workers than park patrons Their web site is www.discoverycove.com for more info. Even though we did (and LOVED) IOA and BGT on our last trip--discovery cove was the highlight of the trip!
