| | How do you like to sneak things in to parks? I mean, I know it's probably frowned upon by park execs and such but sometimes you get hungry and you don't want to pay 5 DOLLARS for a hotdog. Lots of parks will have you show them the contents of your bags after entering so what's the easiest and least conspicuos way to do it. Personally I like to bring a change of clothes whether I need it or not and then wrap things inside it. They've never asked me to unroll my clothes so it always works. Any other "money saving" tips you guys have come up with? |

| | | Hot dog? lol um...
I can see taking a bottle of water and smuggling that in so you don't have to pay a bunch of money for it. It's also easier to keep filling it up. I don't usually smuggle things into parks though.

Anyway, I don't smuggle things in alot either, matter of fact I make it a bit of a rule not to bring much extra money. As a result I don't eat much and therefore I am less likely to get nauseated. At least that's my logic.
Last time I went to PKD they had me open my bookbag but they only checked the main pocket completely ignoring the smaller one which could easily fit a gun, kinfe, drugs, peanut butter sandwich, or other park banned items. All I had in there was caffeinated peppermints though. |

| | | Maybe I'm lucky but I just walkin to the park with my food in plain sight. Anyway most parks are now having picnic areas so you can bring in your lunch. I understand they are doing this to prevent kids from being hit in the parkinglot when parents take them back to the car for lunch to save some money. I know we do this all the time

| | | At SFMM if you don't go off in the metal detectors with your bag on when you go into the park then they don't check the contents. Also, I think you'll be okay if you put small suff in the side or front pockets. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
