I'm getting in my first, and likely only, trip in a couple of weeks. I'm going to be flying in that morning at Houston's Hobby airport, grabbing a car, and driving straight over to the park. The park is scheduled to be open that day from 12 noon to 10pm according to the website, and I should be able to be there right at park opening.

So, any ideas what I should expect the crowds to be like? How popular is their Halloween events, and will that bring in a lot of people?

With the park closing, I'm wanting to get on every coaster and as many of the other rides as I possibly can. Anything that I should be aware of? And coasters with long or slow lines that I should hit early to save as much time as possible? Or any other suggestions about visiting? I've only got the one day, so coming another time isn't an option.

Plane ticket and park ticket are all you need Josh. I've got the car and the hotel. Southwest is running about $175-200, depending on where you fly from. And the park ticket is $25 online.
