Our band at school just found out we will be going to Orlando for our spring trip this year. We have a choice of going to USF or IOA. since i have to make a choice and since i've never been to either and dont know when i will go back, i am definately choosing IOA. is orlando crowded i April? we will be down there the 5-9, going to the park on the 8 which is a saturday. also what order should i do things at the park and where should i eat? i'm really excited about this trip and any info would be great!

Orlando is usually not too crowded in April, and I think you might be able to make it before the Easter crowd gets here. You should without a doubt go to IOA. If you want unlimited rides on Dueling Dragons for an hour, go there first thing. Everyone goes to Hulk right when the park opens and the line grows very fast.

After Dragons, work your way around and do the three water rides, and eventually make your way around to Marvel Island. You definatley cannot miss the three water rides, and the lines grow long as the day wares on. In this plan you will be arriving at Marvel Island last, so if you don't mind splitting up your group, Spiderman and Hulk both have single riders. If you want to stay together, be prepared to wait 30 min to over an hour at some times.

Altough I almost always take my lunch to the park, my favorite place to eat is the big food court in Toon Lagoon. They have a bunch of different choices there, so everyone in your group can get what they want.
